every single asian person needs to unlearn their subconscious anti blackness. doesn’t matter if you’re dark or light skin, doesn’t matter where in asia you are from. all asian communities are permeated with anti blackness and it is both open and insidious. unlearn it and help your fellow asians to unlearn it. it isn’t Black people’s responsibility to take the fall for our prejudice. it is our own.
every single asian person needs to examine and actively change the ways in which they act/think/believe in anti-black sentiment

Menafee, who is 38 years old, said he wasn’t motivated by allegiance to student activists when, while helping clean the hall on Monday, June 13, he decided on a sudden impulse to knock the panel down.

“I took a broomstick, and it was kind of high, and I climbed up and reached up and broke it,” he said. “It’s 2016, I shouldn’t have to come to work and see things like that.”
“I just said, ‘That thing’s coming down today. I’m tired of it,’” he added. “I put myself in a position to do it, and did it.”
!!!!!!!!!!!Petition to support him: here !!!!!!!!!!!!
Multiple Black murders/slavery provoked his actions of anguish

I’m bedbound with an extremely serious condition that is rapidly becoming worse [medical evidence] and I have a neurologist appointment in the coming week on Thursday 21st April. I’ve had to postpone this appointment twice already and I’ve been told off by my neurologist for it. I haven’t seen him face to face since November 2015 and I feel that if I’m forced to postpone the appointment once again, then it will seriously jeopardise the working relationship that I’ll be dependent on for the rest of my life. The problem is that I haven’t been able to pay off a paramedic invoice that currently totals $3475 (invoices). Currently I have literally no other options for transport as I need to be carried on a spine board or stretcher (details). I urgently need help to pay off most of the paramedic invoices within the next few days so that I can go to my appointment with the neurologist. Please consider donating to my PayPal or reblogging this post. Thank you.
Re: the call out about my fundraiser; also addressed here.

i am bedbound due to a neurological condition (medical evidence). recently a rehabilitation nurse has threatened to force me into hospital via an ambulance. this presents a serious threat to me as i’ve been coerced into hospital by paramedics in the past, and i was physically assaulted by patient transport officers on leaving an emergency department on a separate occasion. while one of my GPs has written a letter instructing paramedics to not force me into hospital, i think the best way to eliminate the risk to me altogether would be if i were to relocate, particularly as the patient transport officers who were violent on the prior occasion may have been acting against explicit instructions left by a doctor.
i require paramedic transport to leave my place at all with my level of disability but i was told on friday that I am again barred from accessing it until i make further payments toward thousands in outstanding invoices. there are extremely high costs for paramedic transport over the distance i need to travel to access my neurologist and relocating to a different suburb would additionally lower this cost in the long term. as I am unable to work and only receive a $265 social security payment, I would greatly appreciate any donations to help me with paying off my outstanding paramedic invoices so that I can leave. my PayPal is [email protected] or you could donate at this linked donations page. thank you to everyone for all your support.

I have a physical/neurological disability that makes me extremely vulnerable, as I can’t be upright without serious physical harm. I also don’t have the ability to work so I have very low income. (medical evidence, income evidence)
Recently I was referred to a mental health team without my consent. They are the sort of mental health service known for trying to institutionalise disabled people and I have been mistreated by similar services in the past.
The mental health team requires that I have adequate medical and nursing services in place or they will intervene with coercive psychiatric processes that will end up seriously harming me.
My GP hasn’t been able to arrange a home visit so far. I have an upcoming appointment with my neurologist on 17th March which the mental health team knows about so I would like to be present there. The cost of the appointment is $250 with a $112.30 Medicare rebate to be reimbursed the day afterwards.
I’m unable to leave my room without being transferred on a spine board or two bar stretcher, and I need to lie on a stretcher cot while travelling in the car. This means I have to pay a substantial amount of money for patient transport.
I’ve been unable to access my usual transport company to go to medical appointments because of thousands in outstanding invoices. Due to length, some very important details are below the keep reading link
Any donations to assist with the cost of patient transport would be crucial in ensuring my safety from the mental health team and from potential institutionalisation.
Please consider donating to my PayPal to assist with the cost of my medical appointment and patient transport to help me out of this awful situation. Reblogging this will also help in tangible ways. Thank you.
