I just think it's a beautiful way to introduce hen as a team, spider people have such a strong sense of comradeship, this scene solidifies them as a group, Hobie immediately appearing to help his friends, supporting Miles and cheering him on after they succeeded in stopping the debris from destroying Pav's city, and Pav's gratitude as well, besides, ai'm sure Gwen has ranted so much about Miles to them like how she ranted about Hobie to Miles, I just love them
