Gratitude ๐Ÿ’•
I've never been a very patient person, I'd come up with ideas then want them yesterday and get quickly deflated and disheartened when I don't see success and results in a few days...........
I would then feel confused and get caught up in daily struggles of paying the and what next ๐Ÿ˜
Then I was introduced and taught how to use gratitude ๐Ÿ’•
Now I've always been a grateful person my mom taught me very good manners and to always say thank you and be grateful for what I had.
But the concept of using gratitude to excel in all areas of your life including business was not something I'd ever thought of
When you break it down though makes perfect sense when you are thankful you automatically feel better you feel joy โ˜บ๏ธ
The gratitude attitude
"It feels good to be thanked and giving thanks is nothing new. Youโ€™ve probably been encouraged to be thankful, without even realizing it, within spiritual practice, when learning manners and even by your grandmother when she told you to โ€˜be grateful for what youโ€™ve gotโ€™. What is new is our ability to measure the impact of gratitude and prove it works. The science of PosPsych helps us with that. For example, we know that thinking of three things we are grateful for (instead of focusing on daily hassles or something neutral) increases our positive feelings and emotions, helps us to get a better nightโ€™s sleep and feel more optimistic, and helps us to develop a sense of connection with others, too. This specific intervention has also been shown to help people increase their happiness and decrease depressive symptoms for six months, and the effects last longer with consistent practice."

Gratitude can make your life more happier and satisfying thus impacting on your day to day routine and business. Coming from a good place you are able to think more clearly and creatively, Set good intentions and goals and attack and smash those results you want

When you look at all the super successful people in the world you start to notice a pattern of things they all do a like One of them that stood out for me was a good morning routine to set their intentions for the day They donโ€™t let life control them, they control their lives Setting your day up with the right intention has a hugely positive effect on your mindset shift and productivity So I am committing everyday for my morning route...... 1. Positive mindset meditation. 2. Write down affirmations 3. Exercise 4. Walk my dogs 5. Breakfast (healthy one except when I fancy a bacon sarnie ๐Ÿ˜œ ) 6. Set intentions of the day and goals Sending lots of positive and happy thoughts your way ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•
