She had expected an immediate back off from the other, but instead Carm let her stay close, making Kat a little happier as she listened to the other talk, eyebrow raised as she let out a laugh, “Damn, now I wish I hadn’t got lost in my own head.” A smirk played on the corner of her lips, as the other asked what she wanted to do next, “Aren’t you worried about what your grumpy leader might say if you get into trouble?” Kat wasn’t exactly on the best terms with the packs leader, but then they weren’t enemies either, and if the younger brunette wanted to help Katerina cause a little mayhem, who was she to stop her? “Another bar sounds good, in the city, it feels like years since I got to play in a real bar. Wilshire is rather…small town don’t you think?”

 “no, you were in the right place i kind of envy you. you didn’t have to deal with all that.” carm laughed. “puh-lease.” she said as she rolled her eyes and waved what she said off. “i can handle ben i’m not worried about him.” she told her. she knew her limits when it came to her alpha. it came down to never purposely killing, killing should be that last resort, blah, blah, blah self-defense shit like that. music to carmen’s ears which caused her to smiled. “into the city we shall go and it is very small and i rather not bump into anyone i know tonight and much rather see new faces to play with.” she said with a wink as she agreed with  girl. she seen a taxi and waved it down, within in seconds the yellow cab stopped right in front of them and carm opened the door for the other to enter. “no point in driving.” she smirked.

At first, Kat hadn’t been sure about the wolf, but it seemed she felt that way about the whole pack and yet somehow she was around more wolves recently than at any other point in her life. The siren had barely even heard the man speaking until her hand was taken, drawing her eyes back to the rather gorgeous brunette at her side. Her words made Kat blink a few times, before the signature smirk returned and she pressed a kiss to Carm’s cheek, no words needed as the other, well her better half as it seemed, had it covered. Once he finally walked off, Katerina allowed her eyes to follow him, narrowed as she tried not to let her frustrations out on the innocent mundane, but instead squeezing the others hand just a bit, “I’m sorry, definitely spaced out on you there, you could have at least let me have some fun with him before he left, now who am I gonna torture all night?!”

“no, it’s fine. that horny mundane came out of nowhere, he practically had a fucking hard on just looking at you.” carm rolled her eyes than chuckled at her words. “kat, trust me when i say he won’t be the last one tonight so you’ll have plenty of other souls to torture and i’ll be lying if i said i wasn’t itching to do the same.” the wolf laughed. “since we’re a couple for tonight, i gotta put my babe first and ask her what she wants to do next?” she asked smirking at the girl as they walked down the cold street of la still hand to hand. “we can find another bar, paint the city red, go back to your place or mine it’s whatever because the night is young. if you want to cause a little trouble i’ll be down for that as well.”
