I've taken a little detour from traditional painting and tried something digital for a change. Really haven't touched my wacom much in years and I never truly got the hang of this (because colors are even more confusing digitally). But what can I say? Turns out things make a lot more sense if you do some research and try to follow a couple tutorials.

Well it has been a over a month, but I wasn't on tumblr then, so here we go.

My first "fan art" for good omens if you want to put it like this and the thing that pushed me over the edge into this rabbit hole really. At the end of last year @sendaryas "Good Omens Got True Talents" event inspired me to write (and actually finish) a little song; a sad little thought experiment what our dear demon might be feeling & thinking after his angel left for heaven.

I could have painted a happy baby angel Aziraphale to go with the adorable angel Crowley bit somehow felt more like sprinkling in some angst.

I don't know if I managed to get the reference quite right. But this is all still practice. Also first Azi study and sir, your face is quite hard to capture

So a couple of days ago I painted a little nebula in my practice sketchbook and of course the only thing that could go next to that is our precious darling angel demon.

Well, there goes my first proper portrait since about 2018. Again done with acrylics.
