Update on my journey to 100% all of Horizon, technically speaking as of this evening, I am only missing the New Game+ achievements in both games (which will take me a while) but because I am a very well adjusted human being (mhm...) who is not obsessed with this game world in the slightest (clearly), I have also decided that I want to collect each collectable (already done that actually) and scan every single Datapoint - it's gonna take me a while - and I am so excited for all of it!

Varl's compassion is something so essential to his character and I have never talked about it before.

Of course we see it in his interactions with the main cast, but during the tutorial portion of Horizon Forbidden West, when Aloy and Varl stumble upon the Oseram Camp that had been destroyed by the Slitherfang, Varl expresses his compassion for one of the dead Oseram.

"Poor guy, acid burned right through his armor."

It's such a small sentence, but I love it so much!
