Do you think Alastair would put silencing runes on Cordelia's door at night?

Because I have been thinking about it and I think he must have.

Cordelia is a shadowhunter and she is trained to wake easily at any noise and to investigate everything. (Hence her discovery of Charles and Alastair)

So to keep Cordelia from hearing Eias shout at Alastair (which given his demeanour towards even James I think it's safe to assume he did do constantly) and fall over and maybe even throwing things etc. He would have put silencing runes on her bedroom door every night before he went to get Elias.
