literally why is it that simblr thinks it’s cute and all to paywall, especially ethnic cc, which is already hard to find? why do some people think it’s justifiable to paywall children hair for $20? TWENTY DOLLARS? $5 for a skin tone? absolutely ashamed of more and more people milking simblr, even the whole sims community, for all its worth.

hi guys! sure has been awhile huh. definitely not the same as to when i left this blog (but i still do check to see what y’all tag me in!)

anyways, if y’all have been here for a while, you know how janky simsworkshop can be sometimes. i’ve gotten asks before how it’s been down for different periods of time without notice so thought it might just be safe now to back that shit up!

i’m retiring!

i’ve been apart of simblr for roughly 3 years now, starting when i was a baby highschool freshman, now a senior that’s gonna be in college in a year from now. i kept a promise with myself since i started this blog that i’d retire when i was a senior so i can fully focus on studies and well…. my future.

despite these last several months putting me through hell and back, it’s been a really good experience. i finally stepped out of baby pixlr and jumped into photoshop, learned how to pose/animate, and basic meshing skills.

it’s about time to close the curtains on this blog and move onto the next phase of my life. certainly will not forget those along me these past 3 years, angels who supported me through the time when my computer just kept dying (even donating to help pay) and those who were there for emotional support.

there’s no real tutorial on how to make them... i just made a layer of the nail part (skin part??? wth is that called) and created another with the acrylic part with a lower opacity, shading the outer area to make it more realistic.
