Really focusing on making quality refsheets for AF this year for my original species especially cause its something that helps me out a lot when drawing other's ocs with unique qualities that arent analogous to any specific animal

I have a much harder time translating people's characters into my art if their style is one that is very simplified/toony/exaggerated so i usually try to attack people with similar characters to mine

my roommate for this school year who is also my good friend had no idea what endo was i had to tell her everything about it and i told her i wasnt super excited about the procedure and she asked but aren't you gonna be happy to be cured after? and i had to tell her theres actually no known cure and the surgery is to scrape off the shit thats growing around my internal organs so hopefully i have less pain and can be less disabled but there isnt a guarantee its not gonna grow back around it or come back in the future because its one of the most evil godless diseases known to mankind

His tail got a rework, adding feathers all down the length of the tail and removing the patterns on the large feathers. just felt kinda cluttered. Blake's tail is only feathered at the base and the fan of large feathers at the end

This also serves as a reference for the anatomy of a Lyr in quadruped form and their walking/standing posture. They walk on the metacarpal area of their hands and not flat like a human would on all four's. This is supposed to mimick a cat's walking posture using their toes to walk on.

Their build is muscular and lean like a cheetah or sighthound. They are physically strongest in this form
