From Berlin to U2 - (31.10. - 13.12.2019) - #U2FanTravel Zum Abschluss meines Reisetagebuches noch ein paar Eckdaten und ein kleiner Querschnitt unserer Tour in Bildern … ▶ 44 Tage unterwegs ▶ 6 Konzerte in 3 Ländern und mein Tour-Shirt* hat alle Konzerte gut überstanden 😊 ▶ 7 Flugverbindungen mit 11 Flügen 🙄 ▶ 8x die Zeitzone gewechselt ▶ 36 Buchunge (Flüge, Hotels/Apartmens, Tickets, Mietwagen) ▶ 50 Grad Temperatur-Unterschied während der Reise 👉🏼 +44 Grad Adelaide / -6 Grad Seoul ▶ ca. 4.200 km on the road in Australien & Neuseeland ▶ ca. 4.500 Bilder gemacht (+ Konzertbilder) ▶ 📷 Sony HX90V + Samsung Galaxy S8 . Das wichtigste und irgendwie auch überraschenste im Rückblick: Es hat alles geklappt! („trotzdem“ wir unsere Reise komplett selber zusammengestellt und alles einzeln gebucht haben) . Und hat sich der ganze Aufwand und Reisestress gelohnt? JA!!! Uns ist auch durch die virtuelle Reise in den letzten 6 Wochen nochmal aufgefallen, wieviele tolle Erlebnisse und Erfahrungen wir auf unserer langen Tour hatten. Wir sind einfach sehr glücklich, dass wir diesen verrückten Traum in die Realität umgesetzt haben. Nach den ersten Gerüchten im November 2018, dass es eventuell eine Tourfortsetzung in Down Under geben soll, haben wir angefangen, uns mit einer möglichen Route zu beschäftigen und die Rahmendaten abzustecken. Es war am Anfang ein riesiges Puzzel - welche Konzerte wollen wir besuchen, wie könnte eine Reiseroute aussehen - und die offizielle Tourankündigung ließ bis Ende Mai 2019 auf sich warten … Dann ging es erst richtig los - Flüge, Hotels/Apartmens, Mietwagen, Konzerttickets - viele Punkte mussten berücksichtigt werden … am Ende stand unser kompletter Reiseplan. . Mein Fazit: Wenn man einen Traum / eine fixe Idee hat (z.B. ein U2-Konzert in NZ zu sehen), dann sollte man alles daransetzen, diesen Traum zu realisieren (wenn sich eine Möglichkeit ergibt). 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 😇🙂🤗 ❤️ @mayfish21 ❤️ . R.I.P. Marie! (09.12.2019) One year ago today! - From Berlin to U2 - Tag 40 Ja, auch das gehörte leider zu unserer Reise im letzten Jahr - als wir am Abend wieder im Hotel waren, bekam ich die Nachricht, dass Marie Fredriksson verstorben ist. 😰😰😰 Mein erstes Konzert überhaupt war der Auftritt von Roxette am 28.10.1991 in der Deutschlandhalle in Berlin – und das letzte Mal habe wir Marie und Per am 11.06.2011 in der Zitadelle in Berlin-Spandau erleben dürfen. Für mich hatte die Band in den 1990zigern eine besondere Bedeutung und auch jetzt höre ich die Songs immer wieder gerne.
