we really need to start appreciating the dsmp lore writers becasue holy shit i could sit on twitter ALL DAY dissecting 10 minutes of a lore stream and two peoples interactions in the story. They've made an intricate story line and a group of diverse characters with multiple main plots, side plots, large events, and introductions to newer and more characters IN A BLOCK GAME NOT MADE FOR IT AT ALL

C!Tommy deserves the right to be soft. He deserves the right to pet cows and walk around forests and have a pet spider and take naps at 1pm. I feel like alot of the fandom really really likes the idea of a war hardened kid whos angsty all the time and doesn't get a break, and that's fine! Really, if you feel connected to him and relate to that, or genuinely just like the idea more, that's totally alright. I just think that we need to be open to the ideas and headcannons that c!Tommy is soft.

C!Tommy used to sing to plants to make them grow in L'Manburg. C!Tommy named a cow and loved him with his whole heart. C!Tommy would give up a shit ton of things for c!Tubbo. C!Tommy likes to play pranks. Sure, he can be a bit of a prick, like when he scattered c!Wilburs stuff in Pogtopia, or when he pulled the house prank on George, or like when he steals stuff from people without asking. I'm not asking you to look over his 'bad' character qualities, but to think of it differently in a character trait way.

Alot of the time, when I see a c!Tommy headcannon about the current unwritten lore (the future lore streams), I always see a lot of hardened war boy c!Tommy, which, again, nothing wrong with that, but it does get a little tiring after seeing it be described as all that happens after a traumatizing event.

When someone goes through trauma, it doesn't have to make them hardened and cold and mean and/or unfeeling. You don't need to be hardened and cold and mean and unfeeling to have gone through hard times. Softness is brave. To be open to the world after it has hurt you takes alot of bravery and courage. Of course, you don't have to be brave all the time, that is simply asking too much, but is is strong, and shows the soul of the holder.

Alot of the headcannons I see feature his physical and oral strength (fighting and insults, of course) and I'm not trying to take that from him, because it is core to his character. But being soft and kind is too (just maybe not to everyone- and that's okay).

Tommy learned the guitar from Wilbur and taught ghostbur in exile

Tommy won't wear long sleeves because it's too restrictive (the only exception being Wilbur's trenchcoat)

Tubbo, Ranboo, and Michael go stargazing often

Michael wants to be an artist when he grows up

Ghostbur picks berries even though he doesn't like them because it reminds him of Fundy

Tommy never learned how to tie his shoes, so Ranboo teaches him

Phil ripped out all the feathers Wilbur touched before/when he was dying/dead and they grew back gold

Tommy really likes sandwiches

When friend dies, a patch of blue flowers grows where they died.

Revivedbur is physically repulsed by blue dye and can't pick it up without it burning him

Tubbo is really good at science; he understands physics and other theories extremely easily

Tommy adores all animals and never hunted unless he was literally starving

(that excludes fish, he hates fish with a passion and says they deserve it)

Tommy and revivedbuur have matching strands of white hair

Ghostbur is chained to a train station bench in Wilbur's afterlife

Glatt forgets about Wilbur because he stopped visiting him in his gym

Tommy treats Michael like he wanted to be treated when he was young; he listens to him, praises him often, and treats him gently

People in the DSMP thing there might be an entity in the prison controlling Sam (there is not)
