Oh man...this sucks :( You're right, though. I am definitely like this. It seems the right way to go about things,I don't like to be harsh, but I don't like beating around the bush and passive aggressive bs either. I didn't know they were like this, though. I really hope someday they can be mature enough to be okay with confrontation to a healthy degree.
