A day before new week starts! Slowly retrieving myself from contemplation of life. Opening my windows, slowly breathing in the air and dusting off the ashes of my ached heart over the past moons. Inking thoughts on a sketchbook paper which I pasted on the lower part of this page so I will never forget how I felt within those days. I hope y'all take care of yourself too. And rest when needed.

ended up passing out so i’m actually posting this the next day. gosh i’ve been so tired. my desk is a mess. my mind is a mess. my sleep schedule is a mess. i’m a mess. what else is new? also got some more grading done today. i’ve come to realize that i’m much more productive when it comes to my TA work as opposed to reading/studying. i’m not sure exactly why, but I do feel that the depression symptoms i’d been having a while ago might be contributing to this as well. just have to convince my mind to keep going…

I absolutely love to people watch. sometimes even subconsciously, I find myself observing others passing by or near me. I think I got this from my dad; he says that he even would try to guess what type of conversation people were having. sometimes he makes jokes out of it. it’s always awkward when you make eye contact though…

I’m not much of a morning person but these were taken from a morning at around 4/5am as I wasn’t able to sleep, and it was so peaceful 🥺

I hope you’re all staying well through this uncertain time, sorry I haven’t been as active as I was, I’ve had a lot of stuff go down, and in a weird way the lockdown here in the UK has been a saving grace, I’ve been able to property give myself time to stop and actually recover from life’s madness!
