Everyone, meet the Jewel Critters! This group of princesses first appeared on a totally real hour-long special called "The Smiling Critters and the Jewel Crown", where our dear critters have to help the princesses find their magical gemstones after a villainous dragon steals them for himself and starts causing chaos in all the land!

Their toyline was a special one as well, because as opposed to charms/emblems, each girl had their own magical gem. Can you find where their gems are?

After the special, the princesses would sometimes return as secondary characters for the animated show! Fairy Fable was supposed to be a fun but determined leader for the group, but PlayCo. really pushed her to be a love interest for Dogday during the special. Thankfully, this didn't happen as much in the show.

Did an actual FULL reference sheet for Poppy Worldwide's Angel (aka Raphael) for @onyxonline's Space Riders AU! Some notes:

Unlike og au, Rafa here was a legit villain. They were married to the Prototype + the Seraphim and divorced/ran away from the cult 10 years before the main events of S1 of SR;

Rafa willingly became a bioweapon while in the cult and this has made them Quirkier than usual. They need to constantly watch out for their health while at the same time being a really REALLY menace while out on the field;

Rafa currently does solo missions. Mostly keeping a distant eye on other riders out of worry;

They feel. Really Really bad about willingly being on the cult. They were a Villain, okay? Big one! And now they were hit with Morality(tm);

They are that funny teacher everybody loves attending the classes of, and they occasionaly joke about being divorced, but very few people understand that their beloved ex-cultist teacher was married to THE Prototype and THE Seraphim.

Might yap more abt them later!!!! When I finally finish the next chapter or something, idk. Hope y'all like it! Byeee <3
