PSA. &&. I’m gonna say this, because I feel that some people felt like this too, and NO ONE says anything about this, nor know what to do.
IT’S OKAY TO UNFOLLOW THOSE THAT INTIMIDATE YOU.
If you are suddenly comparing yourself ALL THE TIME with this author, that you know they are GREAT and admired by everyone, and THAT makes you feel SHITTY about your blog and that no one is interested on your muse, is ok to UNFOLLOW THEM.
It’s nothing personal, it’s just that is not HEALTHY for you. You need to EXPLORE your style, your OWN way and THEN, maybe, you can see them again. If you are suddenly feeling TOO intimidated by this author, this might make them NOT LIKE you.
Extreme admiration is not healthy, nor for you or for that person, they need space, and they need to not feel OBLIGATED to make you feel better because of how they are.
IT’S NOT THEIR FAULT. NOT YOURS EITHER.
Just move on, and explore your style, leave them be, and GIVE yourself a REST. You NEED it.

awolfoflyrium:
“It is… strange to think of that. So much has happened, and I… perhaps I am afraid to believe.” Fenris looked toward the opposite end of the street, unsure how to proceed from here. “What if I am wrong?” One corner of his mouth turned up humorlessly. “And now I have made you my confessor. Forgive me.”
❛ Really, Fenris, there’s no need to apologise. ❜ If anything, he was just happy to listen. Fenris was giving him enough trust to be able to share his troubling thoughts despite the fear of getting judged, and Sebastian felt almost honoured for it.
Before continuing their conversation, Sebastian gestured toward a nearby bench, offering him to take a seat with him. ❛ You don’t need to necessarily see me as your confessor, but your friend who wants to give you a helping hand in any way possible. ❜
