🍶 Zhongli 🍶

So…my friend gave me an idea to draw Zhongli with that magical girl-looking polearm that you can get in game.

I intended to make him look like a magical girl but….it all seemed to take a mind of its own??

I absolutely love how it turned out in the end. I definitely prefer it over my last attempt at drawing him at the least. 😌

❄️ Chongyun ❄️

Sometimes I draw Genshin still. It depends if I fancy it.

I decided to add Chongyun to my list of characters I wanted to draw after seeing some art that Fukari/Makabrotka on Instagram had done of him.

So here’s the link to my inspiration, because I love this artist’s work!

I liked the theory they had about him, so in my drawing I tried to interpret that a little. ☺️

I mostly just tried to give him pointed teeth and ears.

And I made some slight adjustments such as giving him a slightly different hairstyle, a little bead charm on the belt and some little tassels where I think they’d be nice. But otherwise, I tried to stay true to the original design.

Howdy, folks!

Ik I don’t post often, but I really am trying!

I’m back with a little more Zenless Zone Sero art!

This time, I’ve drawn the snack loving little onii; Soukaku!

She’s another character that I’ve loved since I started playing the game! And I tried not to change too much in the interest of simplicity. I believe I only modified her footwear and her hairstyle (but only slightly!)

Anyway; here she is!

🚧 Anton Ivanov 🚧

Yeah, I play….Three…Hoyo games.

Zenless Zone Zero’s been playin on the brain and my brain decided I liked Anton. Idk, I don’t make the rules. My brain just saw him and was like- yayyyyyy!

So I drew him. Made small adjustments to his design because I can?

I mostly just added more of that warning tape motif and changed his hair because I just couldn’t wrap my hand around how to draw it in my style??

Maybe he just couldn’t be bothered styling it and just tied most of it back? I also left off his coat, maybe it’s hot today? Don’t know, don’t care. Just like how he turned out.

And I hope you guys like it too! I tried not to change too much!

🌟 Honkai Star Rail OCs! 🚂

SO, I decided to make a couple HSR characters of my own because I just love character design. And I made two so far.

Both of them are Vidyadhara because…That’s what I found most fun to design at the time.

Without further ado, meet my Vidyadhara OCs.

❄️ Xue Wencheng 💨

An ice element character on the path of The Abundance. He would act as a healer/support character.

Name meaning: ‘Genial’ and ‘Accomplished’

Xue Wencheng has a very cool, calm and calculating demeanour, most people who encounter him struggle to gage his intentions or whether he truly means well with that cocky smile permanently painted onto his face, many people can’t help but be captivated and put at ease by Xue Wencheng’s gaze. He loves the attention.

A former chancellor of the Divination Commission, currently exiled from the Xianzhou Luofu.

Xue Wencheng seemed to have the inexplicable ability to soothe people with the cold smoke he could blow from his pipe.

By trade, Xue Wencheng acted as a matchmaker, soothing both parties so they would relax and be their most natural selves. It was just mere coincidence that this was also useful in the extraction of information for those under interrogation in the Divination Commission.

He found that he was also able to slow and alleviate the symptoms of Mara, causing the illness to progress slower than normal. Though not a permanent solution, it eased the suffering of the Mara-Struck.

Morbid curiosity led to him experimenting on detainees that displayed symptoms of Mara, and he discovered that he was also able to accelerate the process, causing the individual to transform into a denizen of The Abundance much faster. Such experimentation led to a subject breaking free and causing a rampage in the Exalting Sanctum that injured Xue Wencheng himself, several Cloud Knights and some civilians. Casualties were thankfully kept to a minimum.

He was left disfigured by the attack, with scars across his face and neck, and his horns broken in several places.

Xue Wencheng was tried for his misdeeds before the Seat of Divine Foresight and condemned for his crimes. He was found guilty of illegal experimentation, involuntarily causing the deaths and severe injury of Cloud Knight personnel, causing injury to civilians through reckless acts.

His sentence branded him an enemy of the Xianzhou Alliance, he stripped of his title in the Divination Commission and exiled from the Luofu.

He now lives to destroy the man who ordered for his exile, and to see the Luofu crumble by his will.

“Let it be known, General….the Xianzhou Luofu WILL know my wrath….”

⚡️ Jiang Meng 🐉

A lightning character on the path of Destruction. He would act as a Tank/Main DPS.

Name meaning: ‘Fierce’ or ‘Ferocious’

Jiang Meng is considered to be ‘unapproachable’ upon most people’s first glances. A stoic expression firmly emblazoned onto his face, it’s like he refuses to even express the slightest emotion. He is firm but fair, and once a person starts to get to know him, it turns out he is actually one of the kindest souls you’ll ever meet, he just holds a lot of pain inside.

Jiang Meng is currently a Captain of a regiment within the Xianzhou Luofu’s Cloud Knights. He serves under Lieutenant Yanqing of the Cloud Knights and Arbiter General Jing Yuan, whom he believes he owes his life to.

During the Exalting Sanctum Rampage caused by the currently exiled Xue Wencheng, a young Jiang Meng was a freshly promoted Sergeant within his regiment. He had been on patrol in the area when the Exalting Sanctum was swarmed by Denziens of The Abundance. He was seen by colleagues and civilians attempting to push back against the abominations and prevent them from reaching any citizens of the Luofu despite being severely out numbered. An immediate evacuation of the area was ordered in the interest of protecting civilians.

Jiang Meng fought against the monsters tirelessly for hours, until his strength was waning. That was when a denizen overpowered Jiang Meng and attempted to claw its way into his chest. He was barely able to protect his vital organs using his thick tail, but the abomination still savagely scratched and clawed at him on the ground.

Just when Jiang Meng was convinced that he would die by this creature’s hands, the pressure of it trying to pull him to pieces suddenly stopped, and the monster fell to his side, but Jiang Meng was losing consciousness. Fast.

He was immediately transported to the Alchemy Commission where he was treated for extensive injuries. Including severe clawing wounds to the face, chest and tail. His left horn was left with severe cracking the majority of the way up it. Though he was in a terrible condition, he just barely pulled through from this tragedy.

Jiang Meng had not known until several days later that the reason he was not torn to shreds that day was a fateful intervention by Arbiter General Jing Yuan himself. It was because of him that Jiang Meng was gotten the medical aid that he needed just in time, and since that fateful day, Jiang Meng has believed that he owes his life to the General, and is adamant that one day, he will repay his debts to him. Though the General does not see it to be necessary, he sees it as simply his responsibility as the General of the Xianzhou Luofu.

For his bravery and valour in the face of mortal danger in order to protect the citizens of the Xianzhou Luofu, Jiang Meng was promoted to Captain of his regiment, and was rewarded for his efforts. Though the newly appointed Captain does not seem to consider himself deserving of such honours.

To him…all he did was fall close to death. He feels as though he had failed his duty as a soldier.

“One day, General Jing Yuan….one day, I shall be able to express my gratitude to you…..”

[ Nobody’s gonna read these things, but…I don’t care, I had fun making and writing these characters. I kinda made them slightly connected in a way, but other than that Jiang Meng does not personally know Xue Wencheng. ]

🌆 Luna Mothews 🌆

Just dropping in to share my interpretation of Luna Mothews from Monster High!

I really like how this one turned out!!

I tried not to change TOO much, but I did decide to give her actual moth wings and bug-like eyes to better put across that she’s the daughter of the frickin MOTH-MAN.

I based her wings off of the Long-Tailed Burnet Moth, so the colours of her wings would still be similar to the original.

I hope you all like how I drew Luna, she’s a very fun character and I love her concept, but the fact she had butterfly wings bugged me a bit (pun not intended 😂)

🐺 Wriothesley (again) ❄️

Heyo, folks!! So…. I decided to draw Wrio again, based off of this piece of early concept art for him. I absolutely LOVE this look.

But….we got what we got and I love that equally as much.

So, I just decided to mash up both designs into inspiration soup and came out with this:

It’s a bit more of the concept than his final look, but I really tried to take some of my favourite bits from both designs to come up with this.

You’ll be pleased to know that he still really loves tea, at the VERY least!!

I made a little video out of it. It’s nothin’ much, nothin’ special, but I made it and that’s all that matters. 💕

🍄 Tighnari! 🍄

Heyo! So, I saw someone I follow with this cute ball-jointed doll with like- MASSIVE ears and it inspired me to draw Tighnari! I think I technically lost a 50/50 for Alhaitham when I first got him, but I remember not being mad about it because…“eh, he’s the same element.”

Jokes aside, I actually really liked Tighnari’s look anyway, for the most part.

So, for my drawing of him, I decided to add some of my own spin to him without making him COMPLETELY unrecognisable!

And here he is!

So, some changes and choices I made are:

I made his skin a bit more tanned, since, he lives in a jungle and is in a nation that has a straight-up DESERT, so it’s only natural he wouldn’t be a pasty bish.

Gave him some gloves with claws attached to the ends (like those weird clawed gardening gloves) in case he has to dig up a plant specimen for research purposes without killing it.

Made his feet more animal-like, sort of giving him a similar deal to Kirara because…I thought it would be cute.

Made his hair and ears more of a mossy green colour than the blue-ish black he has in canon. I just thought this looked nicer and tied him together a bit better because it matches his tail.

Changed his outfit so the hoodie and under-layer were SYMMETRICAL, I have no idea why but the asymmetry of the original design would annoy me sometimes, so I changed it in my drawing.

At any rate, I hope anyone who sees this likes how I drew Tighnari!

Heya, all!

I have some art of Beidou to share with you all!

Like usual, her outfit has been tweaked slightly, but this was because some fancy looking bits of clothes that I found on Pinterest just absolutely SCREAMED ‘Beidou’ to me. But, I tried to also keep some of her core elements too, of course.

I hope you call like the Captain’s look.

The captain looks absolutely STUNNING to me, and possibly possesses THE strongest legs I have ever drawn. *Chef’s kiss* 😘

Hey, folks!

So, I realised I’d committed an absolute CRIME by not sharing a more recent drawing of Kaeya that I’d done.

This was finished as of December 4th, 2023.

I’d decided to make some art of my original ice lad with inspiration from his Sumeru skin, just a little after I started maining Wriothesley and I effectively did this as an apology?? to Kaeya, I guess.

I felt bad, so…. I wanted to make him absolutely ✨s l a y ✨

This time, I drew Shenhe. I’ve wanted to try drawing her for a while, but….I have such a list to work on, she just kept betting put off.

🔥 New art, new art, NEW ART!! 🔥

Howdy, folks, and a (belated) Happy New Year!

I finished this art over Christmas, with a little bit of help from my 6 year old brother, because he just REALLY wanted to have a go with my ipad, and I couldn’t tell him no.

So, this was a somewhat collaborative effort to create art of my girl, Xinyan! Or, how I’d design her, I suppose.

I wanted to make her look more like a rocker and give her a look befitting her music’s style and gave her a bit of muscle, since that’s what made sense to me.

Okay bois-

So I may have drawn my lad, Andriy again.

This time, I drew him with a delusion form, as he is a fatui member and it was probably deemed beneficial for him to have it.

So, despite his protests, he gets a delusion and when he settles, he chooses for it to be a cryo delusion.

Unfortunately, prolonged use would cause him to start developing frostbite. I like to think that Andriy would have a two phase boss battle, that would function as a weekly boss.

Though I have no idea into why he would become an opponent needing a boss fight just yet.

The first phase of the battle has Andriy in his standard, electro vision form.

The second phase, is when he activates his delusion form.

Andriy activating his delusion would cause the arena’s snowy atmosphere to develop into a snowstorm, thusly causing the player to start accumulating sheer cold.

In theory, the player would have to make use of strategically placed lamps in order to stop and reduce the accumulation, though, the player would not be able to linger near one lamp for too long, as Andriy would use his cryo power to extinguish lamps temporarily. They will re-ignite on their own in 15 seconds, but you could also re-ignite them yourself with the use of any pyro ability.

When he reaches 45% health or lower, his movements become more sluggish and he slows down as his delusion makes the hypothermia set in more rapidly. In exchange for his speed reducing, his attack power increases, he begins to hit harder when he strikes.

When he is defeated, he collapses to his knees in the snow, the blizzard his delusion causes begins to subside as he barely holds himself up, using his blade. His fingers, slowly turning blue, grip the handle shakily, as he slowly bows his head defeatedly. He knows he is beat:

“You got me, Traveller…..you win…..now please…comrade…..may we get out of the cold….?”
