Tumblr is a great platform in terms of technical aspect and its content management.
But they just keep on shooting themselves in the foot

Lazy afternoon
alt: A blue and red protogen taking a nap on the sofa. Outside the window is sky. Sunlight shining through the window, hitting the floor and rug. There's a houseplant next to the sofa.

Every art site has permission to host and make a copy of your content and distribute it.
Royalty-free license: Mean that your content doesn't have any copyrighted, like you can't upload full movie into twitter.
Use, copy: they use your image and copy it on their server.
Reproduce: in case that other people will see it, it needs to reproduce (display) on other people's screen.
Process: they down scale your image, make a smaller version, and compress it into JPEG.
Adapt: in case your image is too wide to display, they crop it into 16:9 preview.
Modify: again, they process your image.
Publish: they need to publish your image in case other people to see it
transmit: they need to transmit the image from server to your web browser in other for you to see it.
Display: again, display on your device.
Distribute: this is a little wide area, It's the same as display and not just on the screen, interesting point here as "distribute" mean they can sell your content, it might have something to do with Twitter blue.
I'm not Elon boot licker here, but this is just a simple fact check.
And the current TOS page doesn't even have that text in question. So where did you get this text? Any Link?
Watch Elon Crust being the worst human alive:
Translation:
Everything (including art, writing etc.) you post on Twitter ("X") after 29. September belongs to Elon Musk and you lose rights over it.
(That means they can feed it to AI, change, publish and sell it without your consent.)
If you have friends who post their ART, WRITING, PICTURES (etc.) or other creative, self-made projects on twitter, please tell them.

Even XAM-1 can be able to fly with his own wings. He still needs a big fighter for the extra high speed and long distance travel.
