CITRUS 🍊 GRILLED PRAWN Prawn - 6-7 nos. Lemon - 1nos. Garlic - 5-6 cloves. Oil - 20gms. Salt - as per taste Papper - 2-3 gms. Chilli powder - as per spice. Clean prawn remove upper thread and clean it properly. Take bowl add garlic paste, Chilli powder, lemon, salt and papper, turmeric, oil marinate prawn for an hour. Heat up pan on high heat place pwarn to get nice golden brown color. Serve with onion mix papper chopper and lemon dressing. HEALTHY STEAM MODAK Rice flour - 250gm. Fresh coconut -1nos. Jaggery - 50gm. Ghee (clarified butter) - 2tsp. Dates - 200gm. Cardamom - 3nos. Cinnamon - small stick. Nutmeg - pinch. Almond 20gm. Cashew - 20nos. Grate coconut, powder all spices, chopped nuts and dates into very tiny pieces. Take ghee start to fry coconut till start to get golden brown color. Add nuts, dates and jaggery till mix it well roast for few minute and let cool down aside. Take hot water add salt and add rice flour and closed down flame and mix flour into hot water. Once flour absorb water start to thiken paste like texture take out from pan transfer into plate apply some ghee to prevent from stick and let rest. Now let cool down little to all ingredients. Start mold rice flour dough cover all outer side of mold . URAD DAL/ BLACK LENTIL Black lentil/ Urad dal- 200gm. Onion- 1nos. Tomatoes- 1nos. Garlic- 4cloves. Ginger- 5gm. Curry leaves- 10nos. Cumin seeds- 5gm. Mustard seeds- 5gm. Hing/asafoetida- pinch. Coriander leaves- small bunch. Soaked lentil for 10min, and boiled with salt. Sliced tomatoes and onions and ginger, garlic into thin chopped pieces. Now heat oil in vessel start with mustards seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves hing and ginger garlic. Once all start to change golden brown add onion thin slices and fry till nice golden brown. Once onion ready add tomatoes in it, fry all together and add cooked Dal/lentil into it. Min bread pizza/ canapes Bread slice. Onion - 1medium. Corn- 40gm. Capsicum- half size. Cheese- 30gm. Mayonnaise with added herbs- 40gm. Salt and papper- as per taste. Butter - to fry bread slice. Coriander- to garnish. Trim bread slices into triangle size. Grilled one side of bread with butter till golden brown. Take bowl add chopped onion, tomatoes, corn, capsicum and then add mayonnaise, cheese and seasoning. Mix all ingredient completely. Take slice of bread start top up all mix on grilled side of bread. Place all mix filled bread slices on pan or grilled ( keep raw side on bottom to get crisp golden brown texture. Boil water with salt cook noodles, cool down and keep aside Cut onion and capsicum into fine juliens, same with garlic and one green chilli. Now take iron wok heat up add oil start frying marinated prawn till golden color. Add garlic and vegetables fry till vegetables sweat add soya sauce seasoning and add noodles.
