If I’m defining them by individual characters, there are a lot of houses I like so it’s hard to say.

Broadly speaking to name my favorite:

House Targaryen- this is first and foremost an Aegon III fan account

(years ago I was very critical of the Targaryens but I just have to vibe with the silver haired freaks, he just made them too interesting)

If you meant outside of the Great Houses…just to name 1?

I do have a fixation on Arthur and Ashara Dayne, the proximity that they had to a lot of events while actively shrouded in mystery? Yeah they’re haunting
