when we find out about the law and that we can manifest anything — literally anything — we often feel overwhelmed and don��t really know what to do with that. our entire lives, we‘ve been told that hard work pays off and now a guy like neville goddard is trying to make us believe that we can have anything we desire by simply… assuming that we do?
crazy. and i can imagine that many people have applied this knowledge and immediately changed themselves and therefore their entire world. but some people… some people still seem to be in disbelief. they know what to do, they know that it’s possible, but they cannot dare to assume. but you? you aren’t one of those people.
shamelessly claim your desire.
you are god, this is your desire, you know what you need to do — what is holding you back? you want this desire and you are allowed to have it, you are deserving of having it. you don’t need anyone to give you permission to manifest it. you don’t need anyone to tell you if you should manifest it or not. you don’t need anyone to tell you whether you can have it or not. this is your world, your rules, your assumptions. you can have it and you will have it!
forget about the outside world.
you shouldn’t care about what the world likes to think of your desire. you shouldn’t care about your current circumstances either. they do not determine if you can have your desire or not, you do! it doesn’t matter if you don’t know how, when or if it will manifest. all you need to do is going within yourself and, in your imagination, giving yourself your desire. and you can do that. you are supposed to do that.
nothing can stop you.
fear shouldn’t stop you, disbelief shouldn’t stop you, doubts shouldn’t stop you. you want it? you can have it. and your goal is to fulfill yourself, to experience your desires and to feel the joy that comes along with it. so, do not hold yourself back!
do not reject your desires.
but you want this? you want to have this? you want to feel happy? you want to be relieved? you want to experience having it? you want to accept it? you want to know it? — then want it. want to have it. want to feel happiness. want to be relieved. want to experience having it. want to accept it. and want to know it. why would you reject your desire? why would you not grant yourself that wish? exactly.
you can do it.
this is your world. you create everything — even the circumstances that you worry about, even the fear that is lying somewhere within you, even the things that depict a barrier for you in your journey. you are in control of everything, in charge of whatever is happening around you. why don’t you own this? you are god, not just the title, but THE god himself. the god of YOUR reality. act like it! dare to assume it! shamelessly claim your desire and forget about all the outer things that seem to bother you. there is nothing that can stop you, no one to hold you back but you! you don’t need to reject your desires because if you want them, you are the only one who can get them! it’s your world, do whatever you want with it.

[ I am already in a healthy relationship with my desired person but still had small desires so manifested ! ]
🔗So, recently me and my bf video called for the first time ever😭😭 and when he saw me his jaw literally dropped. He was totally in utter shock for 5 minutes. I kept calling his name to get his attention, but dude was so mesmerized by ma beauty. He couldn't even see my damn eyes🤭 well, my desire of having an irresistible eye contact is true anyways.
🔗 He kept calling me a cutie pie! He asked me how I am so confident and perfect while having no make up (bare faced supremacy 🌟). I just acted like I didn't manifest it🤖.
🔗 He couldn't resist my eyes. Yesterday, he asked me if we could talk through video call again. The thing is, he never wanted to talk...he just wanted to stare at my eyes. He was like "hey I am sorry to say this I didn't listen anything what you said as your eyes, face, everything is attracting me too much". THE WAY I SCREAMED INTERNALLY.

𓆩♡𓆪 recently a trend's been going viral, called the 'lucky girl syndrome'
it refers to the people who are actually a bit too lucky, it's almost as if they're the universe's favourite and it's always working in their favour no matter what the situation is !
their belief that they're 'lucky' is so damn solid, it materializes in their reality everyday
most of us often keep complaining how life isn't fair and how god keeps testing us everyday, well darling instead of roaming around hopelessly, walk everyday with a belief that you're lucky; completely discard the assumption that you're not, because it's the only thing STOPPING you from being that lucky girl/guy
walk as if nothing could go wrong, seize every opportunity as if success is guaranteed, believe that you're extremely lucky no matter what.
I also like to call it the
Kokomi Teruhashi
effect 🌷
for example, she herself thought that nothing could go wrong for her and therefore everything always ended up in her favour, it's mentioned several times in the show how people thought she's the god's favourite and SO DID SHE, her own beliefs were so solid it was pretty obvious why she was so lucky
luck isn't some kind of gift given to some specific people that you can't have, it's their mindset and beliefs that differ from a normal person's
the reason why most people aren't considered lucky is because ever since we were born, we were told that life isn't fair and luck is a matter of chance; this belief has been rooted deep into our subconscious minds and thus most of us feel unlucky
just switch your beliefs to positive ones, and you'll observe a drastic change in your life

Tips if you feel “stuck”

1. Take a leap of faith. Let yourself believe the wonderful things you want believe about yourself. Allow yourself to feel good. With brazen imprudence, dare to assume that your desires are yours, dare to recognise imagination as the only reality.
2. Relax. You do not have to feel good 24/7. It is so healthy to have different emotions, thoughts, and feelings. Remember you are GOD simply passing through a state, and your thoughts and emotions are not who you are!
Take it easy, creation is finished. All the possible riches and beauties of the world are already at your fingertips, at YOUR command and attention. Simply knowing it is done is more than enough.  
3. Fulfil within. Prioritise your inner world, and say “yes” to every desire. You don’t have to change a single thing outside of yourself, because you are the source. Imagination is your playground, go straight to the end and spoil yourself with your wildest dreams. 
4. Experiment. Don’t be afraid to experiment and have fun with manifesting! Find out what works for you. You absolutely do not have to do what bloggers do. The key is what makes you feel good. Take time to understand the law and apply.

A fundamental truth in regards to thoughts and feelings that I discovered is this:
Thoughts come FROM your FEELING.
Do you understand what that means? Truly, do you see how that changes everything?
This means all those thoughts of fear, all those thoughts of what bad thing could happen, all the thoughts of "what if it never happens?" Every one of them, comes FROM the FEELING. If you are truly honest with yourself, and you take an objective, critical examination of your mind, ask yourself this, "Where are these thoughts coming from?" Or in others words, "What is generating these thoughts?"
If you pay close attention, very close attention, you will notice that it was NOT the thought that happened first. It was your FEELING of fear that happened first. This is so difficult to notice, but if you pay attention, you will see it.
What does this all mean then and why is it important?
This is crucial because if is the FEELING that is the cause of the thought, then that means the thought HAS NO POWER OF ITS OWN. That means the thought HAS NO TRUTH IN ITSELF. That means the thought IS CREATED. It means that if you change your FEELING all the thoughts necessary for you to think for your bridge of incidents are ALREADY LAID OUT FOR YOU. It means YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY IF YOU ARE HAVING THE "RIGHT" THOUGHTS OR IF YOU SAYING THE "RIGHT" THINGS IN YOUR MIND. NO MORE TRYING TO THINK PERFECTLY.
So many times I had fearful thoughts or doubting thoughts and I would wonder, "What is the underlying belief? What belief do I have to change in order to stop having these thoughts?" Then I would find something like, "I am safe." Then I would repeat that all day long in my mind trying to "change the belief." But a belief is JUST A FEELING. It FEELS true. FROM that position, you think in the nature of those thoughts.
Change the word "belief" to FEELING. Think only in terms of these: Creating, Feeling and Thinking. You create the feeling you want and from that thoughts come. That is a STATE [!!!]. Remove this idea that beliefs are hard to change and they are blockages in your subconscious [☆]. That the resistance must be conquered and all of that. You are just making this far more complicated to free yourself in your OWN MIND. It is your mind and you can do and feel what you like. You are creating all your blockages and you creating the difficulty of removing them.
Now change the word "belief" to "feeling" because the word "belief" sounds too difficult to change. But once you understand a belief is merely a FEELING (just like desiring is just a feeling), the idea of "changing a feeling" sounds completely achievable. Because in the end, that is ALL that must be changed because FROM there, you think thoughts in correlation with the nature of the FEELING. What you feel to be true is "Self." And there is nothing to change but self. FEELING IS EVERYTHING.
Fearful Feeling gives birth to Fearful Thoughts. If you change your feeling, you would simply see there is no truth in your fearful thoughts[✩]. The only reason why you "believe" them to be true is simply because you feel it.
Let's give an example: You are laying in bed then the thought of someone breaking into your house enters your mind. Then you feel fear and then the thought starts to feel real to you. Then you worry if you will manifest that into your life, etc. Then you try to find the underlying belief and then you randomly pick some belief that makes sense. Maybe you think of memories from your childhood, teenage years, etc. Then your try to create a new belief to replace the old one, so you repeat, "I am safe in my house." You repeat this over and over trying to get yourself to believe this. Maybe you will feel a bit relieved tonight, but tomorrow it happens again. Cycle continues.
This was my way for a long time and let me tell you, it SUCKS. It's a crappy and inefficient way of changing yourself. It is stressful and lacks understanding of "Self."
Here is a far far better way to approach that: You are laying in bed, the thought of a robber comes, fear sparks, the thought seems real. You STOP it right there. Ask yourself, "Why am I creating this?" The answer is, "Because of my FEELING of fear." So I feel fear and FROM this I think of robbers. There is no truth in the "thought of being robbed," it is just generated by my feeling. If I were to change my feeling, all those thoughts would cease and just like the robber thought happened naturally, I would think FROM the new feeling naturally. So there is simply an underlying FEELING of being unsafe. Remove this whole "belief of being unsafe." Understanding it is just a FEELING helps you see what you need to change [!].
Then understand that it is ALL HAPPENING IN YOUR MIND. REALIZE YOU CAN FEEL SAFE IN YOUR MIND. YOU CAN FEEL ENTIRELY CONFIDENT AND SAFE IN YOUR MIND. Then remind yourself of this truth, "I can feel safe in here. In here I am entirely safe." This is FEELING. Then start to FEEL that. JUST FEEL IT, DON'T QUESTION OR REASON OR THINK, JUST FEEL.
Why just FEEL?
Here's why: Remember we think-FROM our feelings, this is how we KNOW if we are in a State [!!!]. So, just FEEL and FEEL and FEEL. Give yourself entirely to the FEELING (because the FEELING is your "end"), then you will NATURALLY THINK-FROM that position. There is NO WORK ON YOUR PART.
So bring yourself back to the Creator. Stop identifying yourself with the thoughts and understand they are coming FROM the FEELING. From this, you simply change your FEELING TO WHAT YOU WANT TO FEEL.
YOUR ANSWER TO WHAT YOU SHOULD DO AND FEEL IS ALWAYS IN YOUR "WANTS." TO TRULY CHANGE YOUR FEELING IT MUST BE A FEELING YOU DEEPLY DEEPLY WANT TO FEEL.
[!!!] I must stress that. If you sincerely FEEL what you have ALWAYS WANTED to feel, you will NATURALLY THINK-FROM that position. THAT IS A STATE. THAT IS LIVING IN THE END.
It is ALL FEELINGS. It cannot be something that you "semi-want" that will NEVER change you. It will change for a bit but you will never commit to it. It must be a FEELING YOU ARE YEARNING FOR.
The truth is, you can think anything in your mind. But most importantly, you can FEEL anything in your mind. You can actually FEEL what you WANT. I DO NOT MEAN just a basic want, like "I am loved." That is good, but don't you want to feel more than that? Neville said, "Don't tell me what you don't want, tell me what you want." What do you want? Just a bit a love or do you really want to feel like you are the most loved being in all of existence and there is nothing but love in your mind and everyone in your mind cherishes you and desires deeply to help you in your life and you don't have to anything to receive this amount of love? Why not feel that? Because... of what? Fear? You are afraid to FEEL that? If you don't feel that, you are rejecting yourself from that experience, so do not complain when the world rejects you of it.
FREE YOURSELF IN YOUR MIND ENTIRELY. Stop caring if it will happen or what will happen, REALITY IS YOUR MIND. IT REFLECTS "SELF."
It always comes down to my WANTS in my mind. I WANT TO FULFILL ALL OF THEM. That is my goal. Excuse my cursing, but I fucking hate living in desire. I know this is a long post but listen to this words:
FEEL EVERYTHING YOU WANT AND THE THOUGHTS WILL COME. IT IS FUN!
It is only fun if you imagine and feel what you want. It's not fun "trying to get" or "trying to manifest" or "checking the world to see if it is growing." Growth, getting what you want, experiencing what you want is WITHIN!

at some point, we may sometimes feel stuck when manifesting our desires. it sucks right bae?💔😞maybe we feel like giving up, or it wouldn't work for some reason. even after others succeed. maybe there is loss of hope. but the world is yours, remember? are you going to stay stuck and complain, or do you truly want your desires that you'd finally change yourself?
why we feel stuck
it sucks right? to read all these success stories and only wish to be the one writing them? to have tried all the techniques you seen on youtube, tiktok, tumblr, twitter, you name it. and still, you've been stuck in same place, same circumstances. only dreaming about your dream life. you're still the same, you didn't change yourself. you remained in square one because you didn't move. do you want it or not? do you have it or not? why are you complaining all day? who stopped you from getting what you want? who gives it to you in the first place? yourself.
how to get unstuck
before you continue, i need to remind you that it's no use to read through this post and then keep scrolling on tumblr without applying the law. because you'll just be trapped in the cycle. no matter how many posts you read, you aren't getting anywhere without applying.

work on self concept
the first thing you can do is to simply work on your self concept. why is self concept important? well self concept is the way you view yourself in the world. changing self concept changes you and everything about you. it changes what's around you. how you look, your abilities in manifesting, the way you're treated, etc. is self concept necessary? well no, you can manifest without doing it but self concept is very helpful to many. i'll make a self concept challenge soon but changing self concept is very easy. just become the desired version of yourself. you also do this by affirming self concept affirmations. you can also use different methods like visualising or sats but methods are optional of course.
take a break
another thing you could do is take short break from manifesting. sometimes we may experience burnout or feel exhausted and it's okay because wer're humans. so taking a break from manifesitng and taking your mind off of these worries can ease stress to help manifesting. but be sure to pick yourself back up afterwards and keep going.
keep persisting
sometimes our manifestation is right in front of us. we're so close and there is no reason to give up. perhaps it could happen if we just persisted for one more minute, so maybe you just need to keep going a little longer because it's working even if you don't quite expect it.
stop overconsuming, apply
seriously, take a moment to reflect on yourself. are you really applying? or are you just scrolling on tumblr again? did you really apply? did you actually even try or do you just affrim 5 times, check 3d, and read another blog post. overthink the law, get discouraged, complain about 3d. like stop right there, that isn't helping you. you should be applying, not reading all this stuff that you already know.
restart
i do not recommend doing this just because usually it would cause you to restart over and over again and repeat the cycle. however, if you've really been "manifesting" something for a long time and seeing nothing, then it may be time to compeltely restart. either revise it, or learn from the past mistake, and from now on apply the law. like actually apply. and do what works for you of course.

ending notes
remember that you create reality. it's the law of assumption. you're the only one who can change circumstance and you must make that decision. so take accountability, be disciplined, and reflect on yourself. don't look for success story for boost of dopamine. motivation don't help you until you truly apply. you must do before you feel motivated. applying comes before motivation. discipline is more important than motivation. ask yourself if you're applying, remind yourself you are limitless. all you gotta change is you 🤍

The art of detachment: Loa edition

Detachment and the Law of Assumption are two related concepts that often go hand in hand. Detachment is the practice of releasing attachment to outcomes and results , while Loa teaches we can receive our desires by assuming they are ours. While similarly related, these two concepts are used differently and understanding them can help you make the most of your life.
So in short, detachment is the practice of not attaching an emotional value to the end result of a situation. It’s understanding that by letting go of control, you can enjoy greater personal freedom and success in your desires. Detachment allows us to view our obstacles and successes objectively, not emotionally. For example, if you’re on a diet, you can practice detachment by not attaching an emotional value or outcome to the diet, but instead simply focusing on following the plan and trusting that it will get you the result you desire, and we can apply the same to manifesting.
When we’re attached to a desired outcome, we can become frustrated and disappointed when faced with delays or unexpected results. This can cause us to doubt our own power and possibility. Detaching from a desired outcome can help us to remain focused on our intentions, while trusting that our desire for said “thing” is in the process of working out the best possible way just because we claim and believe so.
To begin the process of manifesting with detachment, I would suggest setting an intention and visualizing the desired outcome. Try to be as specific as possible and make sure it’s something that you truly desire. Once you’ve done this, let go of any attachment to the outcome and focus on releasing any tension or anxiety around it.
Next, take a few deep breaths, close your eyes and imagine a beautiful gold light surrounding you and your desire. Let go of any attachments to a specific timeline and remember that the you being able to have the desires in the first place, should be a reminder it has always been yours to begin with. Be patient, stay present and trust that it is for you and is already yours.
When thoughts or doubts arise, acknowledge them and then gently redirect your focus back to your intention. Focus on the feeling of having already received what you desire and remember that you don’t have to try and control or speed up the process; it’s yours.
Remind yourself that your desire is being taken care of in the 4D and trust and know that the 3D has no choice to conform. Don't get attached to what outcome has to look like. Remember: once you set your intention and align with your desire, all you have to do is let go and enjoy the journey.
Think of manifesting as planting a seed in fertile soil. You start by imagining and visualizing the growth of a particular seed. You create an intention for what that seed can produce and you nurture it with your thoughts, words and actions. This is the manifesting part of the process.
Now comes the detaching part. When that seed has been planted, you don’t need to keep watching it all the time. You don’t have to keep checking on its growth or trying to control its outcome and path. All you have to do is water it and make sure it stays in healthy soil, then let the seed grow in its own time and at its own pace.
Finally, you ignore the 3D reality of the situation and focus on the 4D perspective of the journey instead. In other words, you don’t just obsess over immediate results. Instead, you recognize that the real growth happens in the spiritual realm, in the unseen. You trust that an unseen force, your higher self, or universe (whatever you believe in), is at work helping your seed grow into its fullest potential. This is the 4D perspective of manifesting your dreams.
This may all sound complicated but by breaking it down into segments and understanding each step of this process, manifesting and detaching from 3D reality while focusing on the 4D perspective can become a lot simpler. Think of it as planting a seed and trusting it will grow into a beautiful flowering plant or tree. You don’t have to keep checking up on it every day. All you have to do is give it space and watch it grow with love and intention
By combining detachment and the Law of Assumption, we can gain a better understanding of how we can effectively improve our lives. Detachment allows us to focus on taking action without attaching emotional outcomes, while the Law of Assumption reminds us that our perception can create great things for us. Uniting these two concepts can put us in the perfect position for personal growth, fulfillment, and success.
We know that we are all creators in our own mind. By appreciating that statement and understanding that it applies to us all, you can learn to healthily detach from undesired aspects of your reality. When you assign yourself the power to create your own reality, it gives you the ability to detach from difficulties or desires in order to identity more effectively with your authentic self.
Begin by recognizing and accepting the circumstances of your current reality. Understand that difficult circumstances can’t always be avoided, and that attachment won't help them dissipate faster. Release any emotions of regret or guilt, and instead focus on what’s in front of you by staying grounded in the present moment. As Eckhart Tolle states “the power for creating a better future is contained in the present moment”.
Reality is our mirror
When applying this law to reality as a mirror, it highlights how what we see in the world is a reflection of ourselves – ultimately, it is a reflection of our own energy and thought. This being said, even though the external world affects us, our decision to respond to external situations or circumstances is determined by our inner self – our beliefs, feelings and thoughts.
Recognizing that reality is a reflection of ourselves also brings forth the understanding that we are all creators of our own realities. By acting with love and kindness, and by choosing to focus on what is positive in life, we can create a reality that is in alignment with our highest self. When this understanding is acknowledged, it allows us to take full responsibility for the life we lead and create a life of peace and joy for ourselves. I know it’s hard but we have to take accountability for our own journey
focus on the feelings you wish to experience as a result of your manifestations. It’s easier to let go and be more open to the Universe’s gift when we focus on feelings rather than the ‘thing’ we are trying to manifest. It helps us stay in the present moment and release our attachment to a particular outcome.
open yourself up to new possibilities and changes. When we become attached to a desire and don’t allow room for new options, we limit our growth and manifesting power. We should also practice gratitude for everything we have right now and throughout the journey of our manifestation.
And ofc be patient and don’t lose sight of the larger vision. In fact Be patient with yourself most importantly. It’s easy to become frustrated and consumed with when and how our desires will be fulfilled. To maintain healthy detachment, it’s important to stay focused on the end goal and trust yourself. No one can do that part for you.
take time to reflect and assess your progress along your journey. Ask yourself where you feel energized and fulfilled. Are there any behaviors or patterns that are no longer serving you? Taking time out to reflect and make changes can help keep you anchored in the greater vision – and less attached to specific outcomes.
You should not be ignoring the 3D. You should be detaching from it. I understand we have hard circumstances, I am not stupid nor ignorant of that. But the reason manifesting exists is because everything we desire and can create begins with the desire to create it. Everything. The 4D is as real as the 3D, and essentially, I'm talking about shifting our focus from the issues and challenges that can make life feel difficult, to instead imagining what we would like our life to be like in our own minds.
To explain this more in-depth, let's take a look at Neville Goddard quotes. 14 years before Dr. Brian Weiss penned the book @Many Lives Many Masters,” Neville Goddard was advocating the power of using our imagination to create the life we yearn for. He said "What you desire you must make real in your mind before it can appear in your world."
This means that when we use our imaginations to create a vivid image of our dream life, we are essentially calling it forth. That's why we must detach from the 3D, so we can be fully present to imagining and visualizing our dreams. We need to give ourselves the space and time to do this powerfully and authentically.
Another important point of Goddard's is to make each of our imagines real by feeling their emotions as deeply and realistically as possible. He said "Feel the feelings associated with your goal having been achieved – for the feeling is the secret". Simply put, this is the power of imagining our dreams with a specific feeling in mind, be it happiness, joy, excitement or satisfaction.
The final point I want to leave you with is that if our goal is to materialize something in 4D, we have to take an action towards it in 3D. As Goddard said: "When you practice with your interior senses, sensing and feeling what you would have after it has been realized, you will find yourself acting differently...for there is no gulf between 1D and 4D".

Void State/Trance State Method [ADHD/No Focus Friendly.]
I've used quite a few methods to get into the void, and this is one of my favorites that I use. Usually people tell people "just affirm!" and "just relax!" but for me I've never really been able to lie still and go affirming for hours aimlessly because I can't focus my mind and I will get very angry/upset and think I "fail" if I can't focus while most other methods tell me to think absolutely no thoughts. It's just something entirely not possible for me and likely others, so I wrote this to hopefully help someone in a similar situation out. I believe this is something that @trynafindbarbiee2 / @trynafindbarbiee has talked about in the feeling of recently, so I hope this helps people who have recently read their trance state post and seen the video. :) If you have more questions, feel free to message me or inbox me.
1. You do not need white noise, theta waves or whatever you've been told you "need" or anything to enter. You don't even need pure silence. If you're like me you've probably used things that you don't even enjoy and aren't relaxed by just because other bloggers made you feel like you needed it to go into the void. What you're going to do is put on something you like. If you personally find a subliminal relaxing, then use it. Specifically I use music or subliminals. If you have a song that you enjoy a lot and makes you happy then use it. It doesn't need affirmations or binural beats or anything like that. Just put on something you like very much. It doesn't even have to be a calm relaxing song as long as it makes you happy.
2. Think. Yes, I know how this sounds stupid. Think. That's it. No. I'm not telling you to think about something specific. I'm telling you to DO NOT TRY TO NOT THINK. If you try to prevent yourself from thinking you're going to be unable to stop thinking and unable to calm your mind. You're just going to end up more upset that you can't stop thinking. Plus it's actually very important that you're thinking and not focused on the void or entering. Think thoughts about things you enjoy, something that'll distract yourself and spiral into other thoughts you'll also think about. Daydream. Visualize. Think. About anything, ANYTHING you want.
3. By now at some point after this your mind will begin to calm down and get more "spacey" and distracted. Sometimes I am already in the void at this point. However, if you're not yet then you can use your mind's fuzziness and the feeling of being zoned out to enter the void. Things should be much quieter in your head compared to when you first started and it should feel slower to think. 4. Since this happens so fast usually I already end up in the void state or near it at this point. If you aren't yet, then now you can start visualizing and daydreaming about either the void state and the feeling of being in the void state (I visualize the idea of feeling nothing or being in water or just being in space or the wind all of these work best for me). If you can't do this visualize your life AFTER the void. Visualize things such as your desired appearance or desired bedroom and visualize things you're going to do once you leave the void. IN SUMMARY: 1. Put on music or subliminals. It's important that it's something YOU like and relaxes YOU. Not what someone tells you to listen to. 2. Think about anything you want. Just think and daydream about anything. 3. Once your mind is calmer and you think slower, vaunt and rampage about the void and affirm or visualize your life AFTER the void or visualize the feeling of the void (Yes, daydreaming is the exact same as visualizing so if that helps then do that).

✶ Reminding yourself that you are worth of everything and anything is a MUST. Develop this one habit of just telling this one sentence to yourself atleast for one time per day!!
