Past and present...

For human workers (especially for the new workers), special cards were issued with basic knowledge about a particular robot and its call number (Thanks to this number, people could call the robot when needed), as well as its current status. After the incident with Alpha and Omega, these cards were abandoned, and the remaining robots were placed in a separate room where they could not leave.

Omega was marked as "Garbage for Recycling" but in reality, no one was going to recycle it, as it would raise awkward questions: "What happened to this robot?" "Did one robot attack another? What if it attacked a human?" "How does your security system work?"

That's why they decided to give him to Biolohazard.

People hoped that Haz would destroy Omega, but they didn't know that Haz had spared his life... They still don't know.
