Already knew this but every time i see it go into a state of glee that matches Crowley’s when he made the stars. Can’t help it too invested.

This is deeply comforting to me. It’s not “wait and see”. It’s “not yet.” It will happen. They will have a happy ending, and live in a little cottage in South Downs together 🫶

Day 2-naked man friend

Day 1- before the beginning

At the six-hour point I gave up so this isn't my best, but it's done so that's all that matters

My theory on why this scene was so uncomfortable.

I don’t usually write theories but I was on Pinterest a few days ago and in a comment section people were saying how they almost stopped watching GO because how uncomfortable the first meal scene made them feel and how it didn’t make sense. Well we all know by now Neil gaiman is a master story teller, the first meal scene is not just some badly crafted scene that they fumbled, it’s a parallel to Crowley’s and aziraphale’s relatonship. It represents aziraphale’s slowly “falling from grace” and the start of aziraphale’s and crowley’s “side”. Now, when aziraphale first eats he feels like he just touched sin to his lips, thinking he may of done something he’s not supposed too, but now he’s a food connoisseur so to speak. Everything “worldly” is an acquired taste for Aziraphale, as for most angels. The reason made it so uncomfortable in this scene is to kinda project what it might of felt for Aziraphale in that moment. It's his first time stepping out of the boundaries set for him. It's the first time testing what it's like to leave behind some of the rules from his traumatic, toxic relationship with heaven.
