thank youuu i seriously miss it too D: i feel like it fit him so well, him being human and devolving into the person he becomes reminded me of slasher villains like billy from scream or norman bates. i like a lot of monster /nonhuman cD designs but they always kinda felt like a cop out to distance hum from the character, even when him being human/mortal ended up being a pretty big part of his character

have you read "a dog chasing its tail" by amaranthinecanicular on ao3? it's a c!q centered fic, you might like it! also has a good chunk of ksq

holy shit this fic is fantastic, EVERYONE READ IT i love how op structured their relationship, writes c!Qs dialogue, and connects the different characters dynamics all together. i REALLY like how they wrote tntduo as well, i feel like a lot of people miss the mark with their characterization because they’re afraid of making cwilbur unnecessarily cruel bc it complicates their romantic dynamic But that’s literally how it is. i love love love the way they write c!karlnap as “dumb”, its a key part of ksqs dynamic that people also tend to overlook. ALSO SAPQ IS WRITTEN BRILLIANTLYYYY

cQs arc with allowing himself to indulge is vivid and sickening, reminded me a lot of i saw the tv glow esp with the glowing imagery. the argument sap and Q get is so organic, i can literally hear their dialogue echoing around my head
