How I perceived each CHM Top Gear-The Grand Tour pairing, except OT3:

Ja/R:

Cuteness abounds. Somehow very puppy-like in a shy sort of side-eyeing each other but very sweet and dreamy. The vibe I got from them is artist/artist pairing. If they took art as their full-time job, would be something like Smith-Mapplethorpe but much healthier. Very perceptive but surprisingly not very clingy. Free-spirited couple. Hippie vibes. A dash of recklessness that you only found in B&W romanctic movie. Instead of roses, gifts would be art or bike-related. Fixing motorbikes or going out shopping is a must. Dances under the moonlight in their flat and sleeping together on the couch. Riding to nowhere with their bikes in leather jackets.

J/J:

Very gentle. Pure domesticity. The old couple who have seen the world and not being surprised by much. They have candlelit dinner once a month and have problems with their backs. The sassy, bitchy, elderly couple you got in your suburb. Romance would be something intellectual like watching a documentary together or going to a museum. Flowers once a week for no reason. Backrubs! Quietness between them where there is nothing else to be said. Would be one of those pairings that bicker in front of people and makes one wonder if it’s serious when really, it’s just them talking about the recent concert they attend to.

Explosion! All of that fire and disaster following it. The pairing that can charm you no matter how bastardly they act. Would suddenly appear and disappear, but never from your mind. Absolute insanity. Running around wreaking havoc and just experiencing life to its fullest. Type of couple that have a shitton of pets in their home, cause ‘it’s so cute and c’mon look at their eyes!’. Surprisingly very responsible with their pets. Very tactile and basically octopi in bed. Boss and his right-hand man vibe. Very competitive. The type who go for a quickie at work and nearly got caught. Have these ‘I won’t hesitate, bitch!’ vibes.
