i know it’s the end of the season, but let me know if y’all want an updated list for next season!
there’s still time to do these and alter them for yourself! plus theres NCAA hockey right now and still some worlds.
- (my last post gave me this inspiration) I’ve been thinking I need to add more exercise into my week and I’m usually sitting around watching a game in my free time. These are just a few more I came up with and I thought I’d share. Obviously doing all of these for every call, shot, and goal would be ridiculous so I just see these as fun “suggestions” for myself. My favorite so far are the power play planks and face off push ups. or basically any floor workout. I’ll definitely change it up and add more at a later date. like when Esa Lindell scores his first NHL goal I’ll celebrate with burpees or something. or any empty net goal I’ll do side lunges.
