Happy pride month to my dad. When I came out as bi to him, this man googled what it ment, look at me and said "ohh. Yeah. You get that from me. You'd have far more siblings of I only shaged women." And went right back to his work emails.

hate when people think the only archetype possible for a male sidekick to a female protagonist is a soft boi and/or himbo. like the implication there is that the only reason a man would ever defer to a woman’s authority is if he was a bumbling idiot. love male supporting characters who are smart and strong and confident and can step up when necessary but still kind and humble enough to let someone else take the lead most of the time

For all of my teens and most of my 20s, we were at war. And I remember how ubiquitous military recruiters were at my (relatively poor) high school. At least every other week, on Thursdays, they would set up a little booth in our cafeteria, talking about patriotism and not letting the terrorists win, and that free college when(if) you made it back home alive.

I knew people who signed up.

Not all of them made it back home alive. Not all of them got to turn 20.

And I just remember how, when I became a teacher, I was so relieved to realize that for my students, it wouldn't be like that.

So.

I don't think it's oppressive that people complain about bi women having straight boyfriends at pride, but it is definitely annoying. "I don't feel safe because he's straight" okay and I don't feel safe that your white lesbian girlfriend is consistently racist 👀 we gone get rid of her too 👀 or do we only care about the complaints and the support needs of a few 👀 like if we gone talk people making other people in the LGBTQ community feel unsafe then let's get to brass tacks

Hello everybody!

I updated my pridesaur list and added some respectable entries for Intersex, Abrosecxual, Greysexual, agender and butch lesbian. I am proud to say we are at 21 dinos!!!

But I am still very much open for more suggestions, so if you find any fitting dino pun, that I have not covered yet, please feel free to let me know ^.^

My goal still remains to have the most inclusive prehistoric pride dinosaur collection out there, so feel free to help me out a bit with fun ideas ;D
