I think one of the biggest things I’m excited for when I’m skinny is being able to eat “bad” foods and it not be that big of a deal. Like I’ll already be skinny so if I eat it I won’t look huge. Even if I gain a couple pounds from it you won’t be able to tell. When I do it now it just feels like it sets be back so much.

Bardzo bym chciała schudnąć do 20lipca do chociaż 55kg. Ważę obecnie 65.5kg mam 173cm wzrostu i 16lat. Moje zapotrzebowanie to 2336kcal. Spalam 4razy tygodniu po około 800kcal i 3razy w tyg po około 300. Ile jeść żeby to się udało i czy wogule mam szansę tyle schudnąć w tym czasie?
Tak to możliwe ale bardzo trudne. Nie mam pojęcia ile teraz jesz ale może spróbujesz którejś z tych diet? Wybierz najlepszą dietę dla siebie🌻😊

Do końca miesiąca muszę schudnąć do 40. Polecisz mi jakieś diety dzięki którym mógłbym to osiągnąć? Najłatwiej jest mi trzymać się kilku krótkich diet niż jednej długiej eh. 164/46/16 Ewentualnie jeżeli nie dieta to do ilu mniej więcej max kcal dziennie mogę spożywać przez ten okres czasu.
