2024 rules !!
1- drink a glass of water before every meal
2-chew minimum 20 times before swallowing
3-fast beetween 7pm to 7 am
4-look at yourself in the mirror before eating
5-ONLY eat in front of people , skinnier people
6-3h interval before each meal
7-never EVER eat dinner.It’s useless
8-fast every sundays ! Even on holidays
9-always punish yourself for binging
10- if you fail, it’s okay , start again, keep going , it’s never too late to be pretty

why the fuck are you thinking of eating when you should be fasting? You’re fat and lazy get up go for a run, do some exercise. If you think just by wishing you were thin it’s gonna get you somewhere, newsflash it won’t . You have to put the work into it and you’ll see the result so drop that pizza slice or burger or whatever you have and get your shit together NOW YOU FATTY. what’s wrong with you? why are you grabbing that food, drop it you’re making yourself fatter than what you already are. it’s not like you’ll die if you don’t eat that burrito. you’re probably the reason others take a double look at you to make sure they don’t eat so they don’t end up like you. I mean at this point you don’t even need to imagine all the stares you’ll get in public because trust me you already get those looks and you deserve them too for eating and being fat. the more you eat the fatter you’ll get the unhappier you’ll be. drop that food and go work out or continue being everyone’s fatsp0 seems like you’re amazing at it already.
