1. EXPOSURE TRAUMA Walking through the halls of the oyster mansion wouldn't be so difficult for bp if it weren't for the portraits of lord oyster that she finds along the way. The little flashbacks she had are not enough to know who he was to her and why she freezes when she sees him.

2. when bp finds her pearl, she is suddenly overwhelmed by her emotions. she feels like a part of her is finally coming back to her, but not entirely whole. Because it is not in her natural form, the pearl does not react to it at all and does not receive the response she wants. so she has to run away with it

3. caviar is the only one that recognizes bp for obvious reasons. From the beginning he suspects the reason for his presence so he tries to get in his way thinking that he is looking to attack the republic. bp cannot arouse suspicion or the attention of others so she has to resign herself to humoring him until caviar decides to let her go

4. caviar's costume redesign lol It wasn't fair that only bp had a nice costume!! It's pretty simple but imagine caviar in red and with a corset (the last one is my favorite for now)

context: black pearl begins to have small flashbacks about what happened with lord oyster and her pearl, so she decides to go in search of it, assuming that it could give her an answer from sea fairy. her only chance is at a masquerade organized by the oyster house, where she meets again with the only cookie in the party who knows of her existence.
