Food Habits And Changes Over Time!

We are going to dive right into the subject, our food habits have changer over time. Back in the day we didn't have all those fast food restaurants like Mac Donald's, KFC or Pizza Hut. Our generation hasn't got the time to eat healthy or make some food themselves. Time is money to people say! Everybody has to eat nice and fast food so they can work more or do what they want. We change our food habits in order to live more but it is not good for our mind and body I don’t think that’s a good way to live your life, sure you can make money but if u don’t eat healthy then your mind isn't going to be healthy as well. The most important part of the day is when you have that family dinner!  Where you can have fun, talk and have no worries for once.
