My issue with eating 3 meals a day
Okay for the past 2 months I've done intermittent fasting, basically eating one meal a day. Mostly because of time, I wake up late since I work rather late and like staying up when I get home, I am not hungry when I wake up in the morning and I don't eat to eat unless I am hungry. 3 rolls around and I have to go to work. Well I have a busy work life and don't take breaks or have time to sit and eat a whole lunch. So I just end up eating a dinner when I get home. Well I've lost 25 pounds doing this and honestly I wasn't all that hungry, when in running around at work I don't really think about food or feel that hungry. But now I've had a few months of doing this I'm not losing anymore. I figured the next step would be to restrict back more calories and while that did help me shed 3 pounds in 2 days it also made my energy levels low and made me cranky. I've been trying to eat at least 2 meals now a day but I find it hard. I still do not get hungry till later in the day and I don't want to eat when I'm not hungry. But I just realized I love to sip on drinks! So instead of forcing myself to eat food, I can try making smoothies and protein shakes for breakfast and lunch! I gonna go buy some good ingredients and hope this will help with my energy levels and my metabolism, I hate reaching a plateu in weight loss. I also have to work out harder so I hope all this helps, is there a diet called liquids till 5? If not I'm creating it!

I've always wanted to be one of those girls who workouts and eats super good, always has a tan and has a busy productive day I just never want to put the effort in. But I am now! Gonna work out everyday, going grocery shopping soon and gonna go get my license and a car!

I'm so happy I have two days off. I stress ate pizza yesterday because we have this really annoying new girl at work. It was so busy yesterday right when I got into work I had a million things to do and of course she wants me to walk her through each thing even though I didn't have the time, she acts like a robot and takes everything so seriously she freaks me out. Her personality is overly fake. Some guests were coming up to the desk just to talk and joke around and she was being so robotic towards them it was awkward and I felt bad. Our bar was rather busy too with this big business dudes from Texas who were very nice and very chill and just wanted to talk and drink beer and she couldn't even talk with them without being a robot it was so bizarre. And she followed me around the whole night she's like 35 too and can't relax I think there is something wrong with her. Ohhh may these next 2 days last long I'm going hiking tomorow original just to clear my head of my own stuff but now it's going to be to prepare my mind for working with this girl hellppp

Day 2 The Challenge Inspiration : Aside from the Camillanator story line being way overplayed at this point , I am a big Camilla fan. She is one of the strongest girls on the show could probably win more too If she could keep her mental states in check. But her body is looking better than ever. I loved when Amanda, who lacks muscles of any kinda, called her fat and Camilla just laughed it off and danced in front of her. Camilla has a body type that will never be 100% toned like Jenna and I feel I have the same body type. I always have a stomach pooche too!

I wanna try the keto diet not only cause it makes sense and is trendy I guess but I might have a real gluten intolerance because of how itchy my skin gets after eating bread so cutting low on the carbs will probably be good.
