It was clear Jace was out of his comfort zone as they started stumbling walking towards the rink. She was the cute one? Nah, this was cute. “Are we just going to stand here or are you actually planning to get on the ice today? Come on. It’s just practice.” Clary was the first to move onto the rink and she spun around to face Jace with a blinding smile, taking both of his hands into her own to slowly guide him onto the ice with her. “Just like that. You’ve got it.” They started slow, Clary chuckling at each one of her boyfriend’s wobbles. “This is really thoughtful, you know. With everything going on lately, skating was the last thing on my mind. My mom and I used to love doing this.”
