Unfinished piece that I'm still pretty happy with. Hope to find time to finish it one day.

Archie, descendant of Achilles, from the TV show Class of the Titans. The discord is hosting monthly prompts and this one was actually for June. Pajamas! (JUNE JAMMIES)

I also wanted to give him a room scene bc we never really saw his in the show outside of concept art. This is a more modernized take seeing as he's secretly a softboi and would have more than just weapons despite what his mentor, Ares, thinks.

Expanding on this!

Apollo, in my mind, would be someone who gives bad advice, sometimes on purpose.

He'll convince the kids to sneak out after curfew, and help them past Athena, just because he really wants to take them to a (insert your favorite band here) concert.

He'll do them favors whenever they ask. For a price. The kids have to sing or perform the song of his choice. His taste ranges from ancient Greek chants to classical music to Glam Rock. It just depends on his mood.

He's petty so he holds some things against the kids that their ancestors did. Some days, his bad days, he doesn't really care if he's putting the kids in danger by taking them to his red cow ranch without telling anyone else, they're mortal, they're going to die anyway. (And that's the pettiest and most heart breaking thing any of their ancestors did to him)

We could potentially address who it was that challenged Orion to swim out to that target, and who it was that challenged Artemis to hit it. Spoiler alert, it was Apollo.

On his good days, he hangs out with them.

He and Neil will tan, he and Odie will synthesize music on his laptop (it may or may not be pirated)

He'll give objective constructive criticism on Archie's poetry and will talk classic epics and sonnets with him.

Theresa plays the lyre with him and they jam to the pop songs she rarely admits to liking. He helps her make sense of her visions as the god of prophecy. He tells her about past oracles so she doesn't feel so isolated.

Jay is tricky to hang out with. He is focused and burdened and acts so adult that even he lets loose, it's jarring enough that Apollo remembers they're kids that he's the god of young people, in addition to many many other things. That he's supposed to be protecting them and instead he has to let them fight a war.

Atlanta is the easiest to hang out with and the one he gets attached to the quickest. They go hunting together and he teaches her to play an instrument. (I'm thinking violin Lindsey Sterling style) It's like he's playing with his honorary niece again.

He withdraws for a while once he realizes he actually cares about them, that they're more than a fun new source of entertainment. But by then it's too late. He already loves them. Usually during flights he just sits on the side and routes them on. But when he stands up? Oh boy. The kids realize that even old, severely depleted gods are still hobbling far beyond human strength.

Athena watching over the gang since they were born/young children

The amulets/lockets (I forget what they're called) being with the kids since they were little

Having an interest in music as Hercules had a music teacher and, uh killed him.

Getting some sort of electric powers as he is technically also a descendant of Zeus because of Hercules

Immediately awkward around Hera cause of how she made Hercules kill his family

Neil

Being afraid of water instead of Archie because Narcissus died after staring at his reflection in it for too long

Odie

Being good at sailing because Odysseus had to for YEARS while on his journey

Also very awkward around Poseidon because of the grudge he held against Odysseus

Descendant of Greek hero Perseus, though despite her predecessor being a well known legend, Peyton is very clumsy and not well coordinated… she means well though.

Continuing, continuing on, on my Class of the Titans art spree, I give you a render of Archie and Arlanta, and a small comic of the kids.

So, in my forward moving art-verse, Liam, Samuel, and Hannah are Archie and Atlanta's kids and they are triplets. For no other reason than I can, and at the idea or Archie passing out at the ultra-sound when they find out. He was hoping to maybe start with one, not three at once. And I'm also keeping to the idea that Archie is a natural dirty blond, so the kids get that from him. I'm wanting to flesh out more of a story here, but right now these are just for fun and to see if I can express a little of each kid.

So yes,

Liam, Samuel, and Hannah belong to Archie and Atlanta

Megan is Herry's

Mia is Neil's

Deanna is Odie's

And Titus belongs to Jay and Theresa

There really is no rhyme or reason to alot of this yet, so far its just for fun. But I will say that Liam is the bane of his fathers existence. I also have no idea what he did in the comic that he wants no one to know about, but I do know that it is within the realm of possibilities of D&D scenarios, and actually being true.

Also, sorry if the wording a little hard to read, I'm still learning some new skills like making comics and backgrounds, and it was just a fun little doodle.

There is another little comic of the triplets I wanna work on, but thus is what I got right now.

Imagine Athena and Persephone giving Jay the shovel talk and Ares and Artemis doing the same to Archie.

Theresa trying so hard to glimpse the future so she can coordinate her dress with Jay's tie and no it would not just be easier to ask, Herry!

Artemis lending Atlanta an old piece of jewelry of hers that's definitely not enchanted don't worry about it.

Aphrodite dolling everyone up but not making them over because "the most gorgeous you is the you-ist you and you would never wear tafida."

Niel is going stag because he got so many offers and choosing one would be unfair to everyone else. This way all of them can admire him!

It genuinely makes me go feral when I think about the fact we never got a prom episode of class of the titans. Like genuinely feel robbed of a timeline where we see them dressed up and stressing about getting a date like just imagine the 22 minutes of pure mundane adolescent drama that could have been.

I want to see Archie having an aneurism trying to work up the courage to ask Atlanta to be his date because they’re in the awkward dating-but-not-dating zone. I want some big outfit REVEALS. Show me some staircase walks and awkward slow dance scenes, PEOPLE.
