Guys i’m planning on eating 800 cals a day! plus i’m gonna be working out everyday which burns 300-500 according to my watch bit i’ll just say 250 just to be extra careful. so my net cal will be 550!!!!!

guys today was kinda good? I didn’t eat until 2pm, and then i ate A LOT AND pur… and then i went to the gym for like 2 hours and ate a lil snack after and now going to bed with my stomach growling!! which is good🤗🤗
