ryoji sketch for a painting i want to do eventually...
the messier sketch was just a warmup that i'm not planning on putting in the final but they still kinda look cool together like that xD
bonus phone thumbnail sketch i did of the final at like 1am under the cut
i was thinking about doing him in front of a sunset based on the one that's seen on the roof of gekkoukan in my dotty watercolor style (hense that sketchy pink area)... now im wondering if i should actually put him on said roof (ie. attempt the gate and what not..) as having the bars from the gate there could symbolize his lack of freedom from his fate... i think my initial idea was to have the piece reflect how he's come to love life and it's many wonders tho 🤔 hmmm... lot more to think about than i thought =_=;;
