2 oz Bourbon
4 oz Apple Cider
Rosemary for Garnish
In an ice filled shaker, combine bourbon and apple cider. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Cocktail Cockapoo's Raspberry Lemon Drop Martini Recipe:
2 oz Raspberry Vodka
Handful of fresh Raspberries
1.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Lemon Twist for Garnish
Muddle fresh raspberries and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add vodka and lemon juice to shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Cocktail Cockapoo's Pumpkin and Sage Cocktail Recipe:
Handful of fresh sage leaves
4 oz Bourbon
2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Butter (Recipe Here)
.5 oz Lemon Juice
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Nutmeg & Cinnamon for Garnish
Muddle sage in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add remaining ingredients. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Cocktail Cockapoo's Moscow Mule Recipe:
2 oz. Vodka
4-6 oz. Ginger Beer
Half a lime
Squeeze lime into a copper Moscow Mule mug. Add vodka and ginger beer and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy!

With the lilacs blooming this week, summer may finally be here. Zoey was inspired by the City Pages guide on creating the perfect lilac cocktail.
Lilac Lemon Drop Recipe:
2 Cups Lilac Florets
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Water
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Lemon Juice
Lilac Simple Syrup:
Remove lilac blossoms from the stems and leaves. Bring water and sugar to boil, add blossoms, lower to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes, remove from heat, cool, then refrigerate.
Lilac Lemon Drop:
In an ice-filled shaker, combine vodka, Cointreau, lemon juice and 1 oz lilac simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled, sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with lilac florets.

Recipe:
1 teaspoon sugar
10 leaves fresh mint
1 1/2 ounces white rum
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
Club soda
2 sprigs fresh mint, for garnish
1 lime twist, for garnish
Place sugar and mint leaves in a serving glass, and gently muddle just until the leaves release their oils. Fill glass with ice. Add rum and lime juice. Stir to combine. Top with club soda and add mint sprigs and lime twist for garnish.
