Hmm I think the best way to improve drawing is to practice every day. To me, having a routine is very important so I try drawing at least 10 mins of poses every day. It is also very important to use references, dont be afraid to use them because even professional artists or illustrators need them. Anyway, I can assure you that as long as you have fun and dont stop drawing you will improve sooner than expected <3
