I need an excuse to repost it and give it more attention, so in order to not tag something incorrectly, I'll go ahead and add a little bit of content for different fandoms. Be it an image or a headcanon with an image.

Today's fandoms I'm gonna be doing headcanons for in order to get this post more attention and help my Algebra ll teacher achieve one of her dreams:

4 fandoms/series/forms of media per post. Comment some more fandoms you want me to do headcanons on, and if I haven't seen it then I'll make a guess based on the media's description and images of the characters.

- Arcane (watched entire series)

- Murder Drones (watched entire series)

- My Hero Academia (have not watched entire series, so this is based on the very little knowledge of season 1 I have plus spoilers)

- One Punch Man (I've watched over...I think like 12-14 episodes so far?)

Arcane:

Vi can't stand being in a room full of idiots in the sense of like, yk, people who do not have common sense. Like if someone tries to argue with her and it feels like she's arguing with a wall she will have an entire breakdown about "that's not how it works" to "FUCK YOU TOO 😡"

Whenever she gets home she brings it up to Cait, and they both talk about how absurd it is. Cait helps Vi calm down and realize that it's pointless to dwell on it. That person didn't know what they were saying anyway. And then they hang out and Vi kind of just forgets about the person entirely.

Murder Drones:

N doesn't necessarily hate others. As in, he dislikes them, but there's rare moments where he genuinely hates other drones.

However, when he does end up hating another drone, the whole gang looks at them like this:

My Hero Academia:

Izuku will slap a bitch for insulting his friends, or really if someone insults somebody who isn't him. I stand on this headcanon. (maybe it's canon? I haven't watched enough to find out).

She is my favorite teacher and by far probably the teacher who loves her job the most. She seemed very excited when we started using the Hogue Smiley.

Here's the Hogue Smiley method, you square, multiply, and square again. It's honestly such a wonderful memorization method. She also loves it because then she'll see smiley faces all over peoples homework.

No literally. Some people genuinely suck at communicating their feelings and tend to leave signs of distress instead, hoping someone, ANYONE will pick up on them.

In the words of my Creative Writing teacher, people with big brains, (or smart people), will look at the big picture instead of assuming the worst or best. Well, why do they not communicate? Perhaps they seek your validation, and whatever they want to communicate about may be met with your rejection instead. Why do they suck at communication? Maybe because their parents didn't bother teaching them or leading by example. Plus, again. If someone is seeking your validation, they will stop at nothing to prevent rejection. I would know, I've been there before.

My parents examples genuinely suck. They never ask for help even when they absolutely need it, they don't communicate their feelings and break down by themselves instead and brush it off if someone sees them, they pretend to be nice infront of people even if they don't like them, ect.

And guess who it transfers to? Me. The oldest of two who basically grew up with them. "why don't you ask for help?" maybe because you didn't and I'm following YOUR example. This applies to other people in your life. If you do something, they're more likely to do it too. Lead. By. Example. Do not lead by word.

Edit: complaining does count as leading by word. Telling someone they suck at something, or complaining that they don't communicate will not change anything. Plus, complaining instead of talking to them is also not communicating. Complaining about a lack of communication while actively not taking the action to talk to someone is textbook definition contradicting yourself.

All of this. I have three dogs, and when I move out I plan to have maybe one or two.

The key difference between my dogs and those dogs is that my dogs are loved. Let me explain.

Dogs rely on positive reinforcement and positive punishment, you can't be negative with them. That just makes them scared or rebellious. Hence the consistent barking, howling, bad behavior even when the owner in question tries to stop them. It's because they're using negative reinforcement. They're actively using punishment on an animal they literally cannot speak to, an animal they can't explain something to. If someone or some animal can not understand you, you do not use negative punishment. That causes the opposite of what you want. To add on, this applies to children who misbehave. It's because the owner or parent is shitty and not treating the pet or child as an equal, but rather an inferior. This causes a pet or child to feel unloved, therefore less care for what the owner or parent has to say. Therefore not listening or behaving. Only behaving once the owner or parent gets, well, violent. But otherwise misbehaving if nobody physically does anything.

Like, an example. You ever meet someone super entitled? Someone who you know would absolutely fold if you actually took some action against them? Yeah, those people. It's because their parents likely smothered them with negative punishment instead of actual discipline, refusing to use positive reinforcement or explaining why they did something. Basically leaving this person to be absolutely clueless about how the world actually works. That's what that is. It creates entitlement with the pet or child experiencing this. They think they are better because they "grew up" at a much younger age than normal due to negative punishment. And then they brag about how mature they are without realizing they are severely emotionally stunted. The emotional stunted part is mainly where the entitlement comes from because it's the equivalent of a child throwing a tantrum, it's just the teenage or adult version of it.

Anyway, I really ranted too much. You get the point. 😅

Ofc there's rare cases where the owner or parent has zero to do with a pet or childs behavior, but that isn't the case most of the time.
