Oof looks like I switched in really hard with the body bc I almost corrected the body's mom when she called us the body's name by saying "uh it's Marci"

It was super early in the morning so I almost didn't catch myself cus I was still tired - I haven't front in a while so I guess that I'm out of practice lmao

Anyways it's Koffees time in the sun now! I did the body's makeup this morning and dressed us ✌️ Let's see how long I can keep front considering we have to do a bunch of homework today ugh - at least it's all much more interesting than the shite we had to do in highschool so

 I survived hell and now I can’t survive outside of it.

Just a quick reminder that not all alters in DID are directly linked to trauma. We have alters coming from executive dysfunction, depression or for no reason we can conciously work out. A system may be caused by trauma, but the roles each alter will fill may not be related to that trauma at all, and that does not mean your system isn’t real or you need an “excuse” for the existance of each alter. You don’t need to find a reason why every alter exists. You don’t need to understand all the subconcious ways your brain works in that way. Some alters don’t remember or relate to or originate from your trauma, but they still have a reason to exist and deserve to exist as much as anyone else.
