Updated Robotnik base character sprite + Professor k concept sprite

I would really like to make a full character for robotnik but, as usual, I'll get discouraged by trying to animate him.

First posted on the ROTM discord server, forgot to post it like, 2 months ago: Here is my first version of my general purpose/remake sans sprite sheet which started as a Boneliest fanart.

At first glance, it might look like there's a lot of parts but it's mostly symmetry. The faces on the bottom right were the old ones when I made the eyes too big.
