Avril Lavigne

A conspiracy theory recently blew up stating that Avril Lavigne is dead. People are freaking out because they think the Avril Lavigne we know today is actually Melissa Vandella. So the story goes that back in 2002 Avril was really blowing up but she was not the type that enjoyed paparazzi or the red carpet or anything along those lines so her record label hired a look a like that would do all of these things for her. Now this is not uncommon and a lot of celebrities have look alikes that are employed by them. If they want to fool the paparazzi then they will send their look alike out and the paparazzi will follow them. So the idea that Avril Lavigne might have a look alike does not seem so crazy. Here is where the story takes a dark turn. In 2003 Avril Lavigne’s grandfather passed away and she went into a dark depression. She even broke down in tears on stage during one of her concerts. People say that shortly after that she Avril Lavigne killed herself. At this time, this was the most popular she has ever been and the theory is the record label did not want that to go away so they had Melissa step in and take over. Many people have noticed some differences with her appearance, singing, and talking. Her voice is a lot more deep and raspy but then a few years later she is performing and her voice sounds a lot higher pitched and, for lack of a better word, feminine. Her interviews are even sounding a lot more different. She talks like a different person and many people feel like her personality has changed. Although styles are always changing through the years, her style has even changed so greatly that it doesn't even seem remotely like her anymore. People have taken this to a whole other level and they started posting photos of what Avril used to look like and what she looks like now. The differences are pretty crazy. One person started measuring things and the differences surprised people. Many claim that everything on her face has been slightly adjusted which if it is her look alike makes sense because they overall look very similar but have small subtle differences. Supporters of this conspiracy believe that even her handwriting is a lot different than it used to be.

Celebrity Conspiracies

1) Lorde is lying about the age

Lorde, was born on November 7, 1996 so she should be 21 but there are rumors that she is a lot older than she says. She told “Vanity Fair” she was 45. She also told Rookie that she enjoyed the 1999 film The Virgin Suicides as a teenager. People believe these are all jokes Lorde makes because she thinks the theories are funny but do we actually know if these jokes are the truth or not?

2) Katy Perry is actually a grown-up JonBenét Ramsey.

The theory that Katy Perry is actually JonBenet Ramsey originated from a youtube video made by a guy named Dave Johnson. The theory basically states that Ramsey’s parents sacrifices the pageant queen so that she could become famous later in life. He shows photos of JonBenet’s parents and Katy Perry’s parents and talks about they are the same people. I don't really think I believe this one but with everything happening in our world you never really know.

3) Solange is actually Beyonce’s daughter

We have previously talked about how Beyonce might have faked her pregnancy with Blue Ivy and that's not really her daughter but there is another theory that states that Solange Knowles (Beyonce’s younger sister) is actually her daughter. But to be able to believe this theory you would also have to believe that Beyonce was born in 1974 and not 1981.

4) Khloe Kardashian is O.J. Simpson’s daughter.

On a 2009 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian asked her mom if she’s adopted. Kris said no and she was proven correct by a maternity test but many people still question who her father is. Conspiracists believe OJ Simpson is actually the father of Khloe. People claim Kris cheated on on Robert with OJ and the product was Khloe. Although Kris says she did cheat on Kardashian, she claims it was way after Khloe was born.

5) Stevie Wonder is not blind

Stevie wonder was born blind and has been blind his whole life. However some theorists believe that maybe Stevie is not as blind as we think. Skeptics bring up points such as all of the visual imagery in his music, how he likes to sit courtside at NBA games, and his childhood reputation of a prankster. All of these points brought up by skeptics seem to be very thin. Throughout his years he obviously could have learned descriptions of what objects looked like.

Airplanes an Bill Nye

Airlines don't want you to survive a plane crash

There is a theory that airlines do not want passengers to survive a plane crash, and this is because if you do survive you can sue the airline, and most likely win. Obviously airlines don't want a lawsuit on their hands. So, in order to avoid a crash survivor from suing, they have come up with a way to ensure you die, and die instantly and painlessly at that. Before takeoff, you either watch a safety video or a flight attendant talks about to do if there is an emergency. As you probably know, in the event of a plane crash, you are supposed to get into the brace position which looks like this: 

While the airlines tell you that this is the position that is most likely to save your life, conspiracy theorists believe this is wrong. It is believed that the brace position is a sure way to end your life instead of save it. The theory is that if you are in this position on impact, your head will smash into the seat in front of you and instantly break your neck. Not only that, but this position makes sure that your teeth will remain okay, so your body can be identified. People claim that if you watch the flight attendants in the event of a crash, they don't get into the brace position, but sit down with their legs up and push against the seat in front of them. It is believed that they do this because on impact the only thing that will happen to them is that they will break their legs and survive the crash. This is the craziest thing ever and I wonder if it is true. What makes me believe this is the claim that the flight attendants don't do the same thing as us. After reading this are you still going to stay in the brace position?

         2. Bill Nye works for the government

This is a weird and kind of sad theory. So basically Nye has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Cornell University, so he isn't just an actor without any knowledge of science but his career is classified as an "entertainer", not a scientist. Nye has an honorary degree, but is technically not a scientist. However, Nye has become such a trustworthy scientific source for so many people that he is starting to seem like an actual scientist, talking about  issues like global warming and more. Nye did start out as "Bill Nye the Science Guy" on Disney Channel which is actually already the perfect example of weird conspiracy theories. Because of this, it is believed that the government is using him to get across their message. Whether it be the issue of global warming, gun control, or other important social issues. If this is true, it wouldn't be the worst thing, and it is pretty smart unless they start using it to try and control people. This could go really bad if they start using him negatively.

Subliminal Messages in Songs

So this week's conspiracy is about weird hidden messages in songs. These are theories made by people so don't think they are true. The band “Eagles” sang a song that got really popular, “Hotel California”. You have probably heard this song many times before but have you actually listened to the lyrics. Many people say the song is not about a hotel but it’s about cults, witchcraft, and demons. If you listen to the part of the song that goes “In the middle of the night. Just to hear them say.” and play it backwards it sounds something like “Satan hears this.. He had me believe.” ““Relax,” said the night man.” , in this part of the song people believe the night man is Satan.

 There is a song called “Big Hoops” by Nelly Furtado and she makes fun pop songs but in one of her songs she leaves a message which, when played backwards, says “Oh my god, descending to the 13th floor (14th).” She is very specifically talking about the number 13 which is an important number in the Illuminati. She also talks about descending as in going down to hell. Ok the next song is “Better by You Better Than Me” by Judas Priest. 

This song led two people to try and kill themselves. The song was released in 1979 and in 1990 two men, James Vance-20 and Raymond Belknap-19, went to a playground of a local church and shot themselves. Ray died instantly but James survived with a disfigured face. He ultimately killed himself a few years later. Now you’re probably wondering what does this have to do with the song. Well the families of Ray and James sued Judas because they said that there were subliminal messages in the song that led their children to try and kill themselves. When you listen to the song you can hear them saying “do it!” which is why the families are claiming their kids did it. Judas actually had to go to court and this became a serious issue. There is a clip of Ray saying that the reason he shot himself was the music. He says it wasn't alcohol or drugs, it was the music. The last song I am going to talk about is actually not a subliminal message but the lyrics of the song sadly came true. In 2000 there was a hip-hop artist name Big Lurch who sang the song “Texas Boy”. Some of the lyrics in the song go like this “I'm in this game heavy boy (already), quick to cut ya with the machete boy (already)”. He is talking about murdering people and chopping them up. Two years after releasing this song a neighbor saw him standing in front of an apartment building naked and covered in blood staring at the sky. Inside the apartment he was standing in front of was the body of a 25 year old woman named Tanisha who was found brutally murdered with a knife.

End of the World Conspiracy Theories

The world may be coming to an end. Looking at history it’s not that surprising because we have had the entire Earth wiped out five times in the past.. Only difference is that there were no humans in the past. Many people are saying that the sixth extinction is on its way. NASA claims that we are overdue a mass extinction. There are many ways the world could end and I am going to start with the Yellowstone Caldera volcano. It is one of the twenty supervolcanoes on Earth. The Earth is basically one gigantic ball of hot lava and that heat builds pressure which has to be released and that’s what volcanoes do. They erupt fifty times a year all over the world but it's not the lava that kills people it’s the smoke from the eruption. The old Roman city of Pompeii is known for a volcano eruption that instantly killed two thousand people. Fossil remains have been found and they actually show exactly what people were doing at the moment. 

This is what would happen if the  Yellowstone Caldera volcano exploded. Underneath Yellowstone national park there is a huge volcano waiting to erupt. Not only will the hot lava and ash kill tons of people the large cloud of smoke will also block the sun which will kill all living things under it. The second theory of how the world could come to an end is probably one that I believe is most likely to happen, World War 3. In WW1 17 million people were killed and in WW2 over 80 million people were killed. Now these are a huge number of casualties however the reason WW3 could be the end of us all are nuclear weapons. In WW2 a nuclear bomb was dropped on Hiroshima and 80 thousand people were killed instantly. As of right now over 16 thousand nuclear bombs are owned by nine different nations. Most of these bombs are way stronger than Hiroshima. If a nation starts having problems with another nation who’s to say they won't drop a nuke. The last theory for the end of the world is artificial intelligence. If you have seen movies like the terminator or the matrix then you know what we are in for if we keep trying to make artificial intelligence. If we make robots have human like emotions and a conscious it could go very bad for us. There are already many robots around the world that show emotion like anger and have a consciousness. These are a few of the many ways the world could come to an end so make sure to live your life because you never know when it can end.

Roswell UFO Crash

One of the events that started more than a half century of conspiracy theories about unidentified flying objects. Something did crash at Roswell, New Mexico, sometime before July 7, 1947 and  at first, the US government said that this was a flying saucer or disk. Many witnesses reported seeing metallic debris scattered over a wide area and at least one person said they saw a blazing craft crossing the sky shortly before it crashed. In recent years, witnesses have added significant new details, saying things like a large military operation dedicated to recovering alien craft and aliens themselves, at as many as 11 crash sites, and they even threatened people to not say anything. In 1989, former mortician Glenn Dennis said that he was involved in alien autopsies which were happening at the Roswell air force base. The conspiracy theory has been dismissed by the US military, who keep changing the story. Only hours after the army told reporters that it had found a crashed saucer, senior officers tried saying that the only thing that had fallen from the sky had been a weather balloon. A report by the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force released in 1995, concluded that the debris from the UFO they found in 1947 was most likely actually debris from a secret government project called Project Mogul, which had to do with high altitude balloons that are supposed to detect sound waves made by Soviet atom bomb tests and ballistic missiles. This might explain why the officer said it was balloons but they could have just talked and matched their stories. A second report, which came out  in 1997, said that reports of alien bodies were likely a combination of bad memories from military accidents involving injured or killed personnel, and the use of dummies in military programs like Project High Dive.

 Since the late 1990s the Roswell UFO crash has made several former pro-UFO researchers believe that the craft was part of a US military project and that it was, most likely, some sort of weather balloon. But further evidence has been found, by Walter Haut, who was the officer at the Roswell Army Air Field, was written, signed, and confirmed by Walter Haut, He was the one who initially released the press conference. Haut says in the evidence, signed in 2002, that he saw alien corpses and a craft and that he had been involved in a military cover up. Haut died in 2005. It is hard to say which side I believe I am on because as usual the government has a story to “back up” this crash but then there are a few insiders who claim it is true.

Jonbenet Ramsey Conspiracy Theories

Jon Benet was a six year old beauty pageant queen who died in 1996. She died the day after Christmas and her body was found in the basement. As the mother was walking down the stairs she found a ransom note saying that Jonbenet was captured and if they wanted to see her they would have to pay 118,000 dollars. The body was in very bad shape: it had been strangled and struck on the head. To this day nobody knows who killed her. There are a few theories as to what could have happened. The first theory is that the murderer was Jonbenet’s mother, Patsy, a former pageant queen who was an intense stage mom. She was basically living through her daughter and people think she may have went too far. People believe she was abusive and may have went too far one day and shoved Jonbenet too hard and she fell and cracked her head open. When this happened the mom called the dad and they freaked out and tried to cover it up. The mom would write a ransom note, put the body in the basement, strangle the body, and make it look like some sort of child molester. Since the father loved the mother he was willing to play along with it. So there is some evidence showing this might be true. First, scientists took samples of the mother and father’s handwriting and Patsy’s writing had a had lots of similarities to the ransom note. The note was also written on Patsy’s stationary which was in her office. The second theory states that her father, John, is responsible. An autopsy shows that Jonbenet's privates had been messed with, for a while. Doctors say it looks as if Jonbenet had been sexually abused for years and that's when everyone started to think it could have been the father. One night the father was sexually abusing her and things got out of hand and he accidentally hit her head. Then the mom came in and helped him clean it up. The last theory is that it was her nine year old brother. People believe he did it because he was jealous of his sister because she was getting all the attention from their parents. They believe one night he just snapped. There were two holes in Jonbenet's neck that matched one of the train tracks on her brother's toys. Another weird thing is when police were interviewing him it sounded very rehearsed.

This Man

There is a man that all of us see in our dreams. He looks the same to everyone. In 2006 a therapist was asking her clients to draw this man they had been seeing in their dreams and multiple clients drew the same face. 

I had to put the picture in when I was done typing the blog because it made me feel so uncomfortable and it's just so creepy. The pictures that the clients drew soon went viral and a lot of people claimed they also have seen this man in their dreams. In the last ten years more than two thousand people have claimed to see this man in their dreams and there may be many more who might not know about this theory. So there are a couple theories as to why people might be seeing this very creepy looking man. So the first theory is that this image is god, and he is putting himself in our dreams but making him look like a person so we can talk to him. Many people say that they believe this theory because in their dreams this man is giving them advice or just watching over them. Ok so the next theory is that this is a real person who exists in our world, in our time. He has the ability to go into strangers dreams and might be working for an organization or the Illuminati and is giving people subliminal messages. What if all those faces you saw in your dreams are real people? That is very terrifying. So the last theory is the least wild one and it probably makes the most sense for you skeptical people. The theory is that this man is just simply a very generic looking person. In our dreams our brain incapable of making a new, unique face so it just makes the most generic looking face it can. Who ever he is, he’s all over the world. People are posting pictures of his face, “have you seen this man”, and someone even made a website. People all around the world are looking for “This Man” to find out whether or not he's real or just a part of their dreams. If I was to choose a theory I would probably go with the super powers. Just because there are so many things in this world that we don’t know about and things like lucid dreaming and astral projection exist so why wouldn't it be possible to jump into someone else's dreams. Random Conspiracies

So for today’s blog I am going to just be spitting some of the most crazy, weird, funny, and scary conspiracies I have come across. Like always, I don't know if I believe them all or if any are true but I would just like to share them with you guys. So first I would like to start with our beloved Beyonce. Beyonce has always been part of conspiracies saying that her Jay-Z are Illuminati leaders and now, as many of you probably know, she is pregnant with twins.

 Now people think that they are the new leaders of the Illuminati. This is not a new idea, seeing that when she was pregnant with Blue Ivy theorists thought Blue was the new leader. So supposedly Blue Ivy’s name backwards is “Eulb Yvi” which is a Latin name for the daughter of Satan. I get shivers just thinking about that. So now that Beyonce is having three kids, it is a huge deal because the number three is very worshipped in the Illuminati. So the next theory I want to to talk about is, school are trying to make kids more dumb. Now many people are asking why would schools do this, well many theorists think that schools would do this so when children grow up they will be more weak minded, have no defense, easily manipulated or very impressionable, and able to be mind controlled more easily. One way it is thought they do this is by putting more fluoride in water than there already is because this is the government’s way of controlling our mind. The more fluoride we have in our body the easier we are to control.

 Another idea is that students are influenced by the unhealthy school food that makes us weak, tired, and not ready to fight. So the last reason is that there is no subject in school that helps you with skills you need in the outside world. There are no survival classes to help you in case of an emergency, maybe because they don't want you to survive. So the last theory I’m going to talk about is just a funny theory that I came across and thought I should share. The theory is that maybe Donald Trump doesn’t want to be president and is trying to get fired. Trump only ran because he wanted to get more famous and he thought for sure that Hillary would win and then he could just walk away with more fame. The main reason he wanted to run was to get more money for his show “The Apprentice.” However as you guys know, he won. People believe that maybe the reason he is doing very intense things such as the Muslim ban so early on in presidency is because he wants to get impeached. So do you think these theories are real or are you being mind controlled to say no right now?

Breaking news, the Earth is not a sphere it is actually flat! At least according to the Flat Earth Society. Yeah they are actually serious. It sounds crazy but there are a large number of people who believe that the Earth is flat, one of them being rapper B.o.B, who has actually tweeted about it to his many followers. Followers of the flat Earth Society believe that this picture

is actually fake and that the Earth actually looks like this:

John Davis, a 25-year-old computer scientist, believes "the Earth is flat and horizontally infinite - it stretches horizontally forever, and it is at least 9,000 kilometers deep" James McIntyre, a British-based moderator of a Flat Earth Society discussion website, has a slightly different idea. He says "The Earth is, more or less, a disc, obviously it isn't perfectly flat thanks to geological phenomena like hills and valleys. It is around 24,900 miles in diameter." It is really hard to believe that this is true due to the fact that children in school are taught that the Earth is round and satellites orbit the Earth, and we all know that ships disappear over the horizon. So many people asked why would people lie about the Earth being flat? Well flat-earthers say that a couple of the main reasons are: to hide the truth of the bible and to gain power and money from space programs. This theory is too crazy and doesn’t make sense but it’s believers are committed to the idea of the Earth being flat. It seems that “flat-earthers” are not open minded and they believe that society just agrees with what they’re told and don’t want to think for themselves. Even though there are many facts proving the Earth is a spherical shape they seem to be ignoring the facts and kind of making up their own facts. Flat-earthers also naturally believe that the moon landings are fake because of the pictures of a spherical Earth. I do not believe this theory at all. It is kind of weird to me because it feels like this conspiracy is one with a lot of “facts” from its supporters. Even if they are wrong facts followers of this theory put up a strong argument. People have known the Earth is round since about the 4th century BC, and the pseudo-scientific ideas didn't start saying that we actually live on a disc until Victorian times. This has got to be one of the most insane conspiracies of all time. What do you guys think, are scientists telling the truth or is our life a lie?

The Lost City of Atlantis

Philosopher Plato mentions a mythical nation island, Atlantis, in his dialogues “Timaeus” and “Critias.” He describes it as a powerful and advanced kingdom that sank, “in a night and a day,” into the ocean around 9,600 B.C. Ancient Greeks weren’t sure if that was actual history or a metaphor. Recently historians have gained a renewed interest in this again at certain locations. Most of the interest has been the Greek island of Santorini, which was destroyed by a volcanic eruption around 1,600 B.C. Atlantis was believed to be bigger than Libya and modern Turkey and was located in between North America and Africa, in the Atlantic Ocean. 

It is thought that Atlantis was protected by the god Poseidon, who made his son, Atlas, king. So basically Atlantis started conquering other lands and becoming cocky and their ethics declined so the Gods punished Atlantis by making it sink into the muddy sea. A theory proposed by author Tom T Moore says that the line of volcanoes, running down the Atlantic Sea, erupted and caused the continent of Atlantis to submerge. When it sunk it left behind a few land masses that we see today. 

A Norwegian polar expedition in the mid 1890s discovered evidence of sea creatures usually found in shallow waters, at depths of 3,300 feet under the surface. So obviously this continent had a bunch of inhabitants and according to Plato's they all died while the continent sank. That is a wild death but what’s even wilder is what 19th century scholar Brasseur de Bourbourg believed. He said that surviving Atlanteans went West towards South America and became what we know as the Mayans. This is a pretty crazy theory that if I’m being honest, probably isn’t true. It is really intriguing though. I mean how cool would it be to discover a whole city just chillin’ underwater. Although I don't believe this theory supporters would probably argue that most of the ocean is yet to be discovered. There is also another theory that states that the Bermuda Triangle is to blame for Atlantis’ disappearance. This could make sense but the problem is that the Bermuda Triangle is just another theory. So the theory of Atlantis seems pretty thin but has brought a lot of attention to the people since ancient times. Nothing has been discovered yet and no one will knows if the lost city of Atlantis was a part of our history or just a mere metaphor in Plato’s dialogues.

Reptilian Elite

Behind secret societies like the Freemasons and the Illuminati, behind bombings, war, and even the Holocaust there is an even bigger reason then the government. Something you have never imagined. Flesh-eating, blood-sucking, and shape-shifting reptilian humanoids are living among us as our favorite celebrities, political figures, and our leaders. According to David Icke “Annunaki”, the reptiles, have controlled humankind since ancient times, they live as popularly  known figures with high statuses in our society. Icke believes people like Queen Elizabeth, Bill Clinton, Bob Hope, and George W. Bush are all part of the reptilian elite. Their main goal is to enslave the human race. As part of Icke’s theory he claims that mankind is being manipulated to become unaware and unconscious of the things happening around them by these hybrid reptilians.They are influencing people through media, politics, control over the food and water supply, and dumbing people down with pharmaceutical drugs and alcohol. David Icke popularized this theory in 1999 and now about 12 million people believe that lizards are running the world. I was asked a question about this theory which at first I was able to answer quickly but now after doing some research I am stuck in the middle. After reading multiple sites I came upon the same question “Where do these reptilians originate from?” Are they aliens from another planet or an evolved species of dinosaur? So the reason people believe they could be evolved dinosaur species is because according to Icke there has been a bloodline that has been kept intact for ages. They are the Burkes, Peerage, and Baronetage. He’s come up with the idea that leaders have created an illusion that there are separate bodies of ruling when in truth they have been in one team. Icke says that “a comprehensive aristocratic genealogy resource, reveals that all 44 US presidents have carried European royal bloodlines into office.” This is why some would think that the reptilian elite are evolved, intelligent species of dinosaur. The other theory is that their home planet is in the Draco constellations. They came to Earth thousands of years ago and shared Earth with people. Then they either decided or were forced to go “undercover” and hid themselves from our reality. I believe that they are from another planet because I don’t feel like dinosaurs would be able to evolve to the point where they can be humanoids. They are also believed to be wiped out from existence. One last thought I had about this theory was, what if David Icke himself is a reptilian elite who is telling us all of this information so he can expose his kind. What if he is tired of hiding?

Black Eyed Children

Has a child ever come to ring your doorbell? Not like your typical girl scout but maybe a really creepy kid who is acting shady. For the last twenty years there have been hundreds of reports of people having encounters with black eyed children coming to their door. 

The weirdest part is that every time someone tells about their experience with these eerie children they sound about the same. It starts with a child that comes asking for help. They could show up at your door or in the window of your car. When these children first approach they request something such as: for them to come in, to get a ride, or call somebody. When you think of children you think innocent and sunshine and rainbows but these kids are actually quite the opposite. They are known for wearing dark clothing and when they come towards you people claim that you get scared and start panicking, “it feels as if they have a hold on you.” If you refuse and say no they will come back even crazier saying things like “you have to help me, you have to give me a ride or you have to let me come in.” People with this experience have said that they slowly find themselves subconsciously doing what the child says without even wanting to, as if they were being mind controlled. People open the door to the child and let them in but no one knows what happens if they actually got in. Maybe because anyone who did let them in is dead now. 

One woman even reported that her and her husband got very sick after their encounter with the children. This is probably one of the scariest conspiracies I have ever heard. If I ever had an encounter with one of these kids I’d be scared out of my mind however I don't see myself falling for their mind control. One report actually said that two kids showed up at about two in the morning to a couple’s house but when they tried asking questions about their parents the kids just kept saying “our parents will be here soon.” When their “parents” arrived the couple claimed that two tall very tall men dressed in what seemed to be black suits were standing next to a black car in their driveway. The children left with them and when the husband waved the men just stared at him. When I read about what they were wearing I knew for sure that if this were true it had to be related to the government. Men working for secret government projects are always tall and in black suits and weird. For any of you who watch “Stranger Things” you probably remember that the character “Eleven” has powers that were given to her from the government. These powers were acquired when officials were testing LCD on her mother while she was pregnant with Eleven. What if they are actually doing something similar and the result is these black eyed children with mind controlling abilities. Whatever the truth is you should probably keep your doors locked and be careful who you let in.

Walmart Conspiracy

When you think of Walmart you think of cheap stuff and crazy people. It’s like America in a store. Well just like America this year, random Walmarts in a few states have started closing down. Five stores in four states suddenly closed because Walmart had “plumbing problems.” How does one of the biggest companies in the world simultaneously start having plumbing problems in multiple stores? There were two stores in Texas, one store in California, Florida, and Oklahoma. It’s fishy.

 This closure lasted about six months and employees claim that they were told “only a couple  hours before closing on Monday.” A manager at a store in California that shut down said that “everybody just panicked and started crying.” So another really shady thing is that a Pico Rivera, the city of a closed Walmart, city official confirmed that no permits for building repairs had been sent to the city. There should have been one if they were going to fix anything. The Walmart plumbing technician said “Even if they had to replace the whole sewer line, it would not take six months to replace a whole sewer line in that store.” The information they were giving the citizens didn’t line up with facts that officials and professionals were giving us. So you probably guessed the answer behind this. It’s the answer behind everything weird, the government. It is believed that the government, specifically the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and Walmart have come together to make a whole network of secret underground tunnels. 

The US military will connect these tunnels and link the “deep underground military bases” (DUMB). That sounds pretty dumb. It seems as if the government has made this private ant farm underground. It is said that they are going to use these tunnels to secretly transport troops across the US. Besides the fact that this whole theory is just creepy, there is something on top of that scary about the closed Walmarts. The location of the certain Walmarts have been described as the “main combat target zone” because it seems to be in the location of a huge military project called “Jade Helm.” It’s basically this big military exercise that requires more than a thousand US troops to spread out across Texas, Arizona, and more southern states. People think that Jade Helm is somehow associated with the losing of the Walmarts because the troops need to use these tunnels. Could this be a coincidence or is the government planning something big?

My Top Conspiracies

For this blog I’m going to be talking about a few of my favorite conspiracies theories. First I'd like to start with the fact that it’s not 2016 right now. It’s actually some year in the 1700’s. The phantom time hypothesis states that some periods of time were added because of misunderstandings and misinterpretations of the calendar. When the Gregorian calendar, the one we use now, was made it was supposed to correct the Julian calendar which was 10.8 minutes ahead. People say that the math was done wrong and the Gregorian was actually a few hundred years off. The second theory is chemtrails. Have you ever looked in the sky and saw planes with a lot of smoke coming out? But there were only certain planes that expelled smoke. Well lots of others noticed too and theorists came up with an explanation that claims these trails of smoke are actually chemicals that the government is spraying us with. These chemicals are impacting people’s mental and physical health. Many notice that after these strange planes and clouds fly above their skies, their family members and neighbors begin falling sick and acting ill tempered. One other theory I favor declares that the Earth is hollow. A man named Dallas Thompson got into a car accident, spun around four times, and then fell into a 250ft hole. Once he was awakened he claimed to have seen a bright light that caused him to be legally blind. He also said that “bizarre knowledge about the world had been poured into him.” He said that the Earth was hollow and there was a hole at the North Pole. He talked about his mission which was searching for this entrance. He said that this hollow center contained “herds of mammoth and ancient tribes, the members of which lived to be around 1,700 years old” After exploding with popularity for his mission, theories and even publishing his own book, he suddenly disappeared. Many others before and after Thomson have had ideas about this new world of the hollow earth. The last theory I’m going to be talking about is the Philadelphia Experiment. This is a US conducted experiments in October 1943 where the US Navy USS Eldridge was made invisible. Yes, you read that correctly. But not only that, it is said that the ship actually traveled from Philadelphia to Norfolk, Virginia which is about 200 miles away. Many crew members even supposedly reported that they nauseous, some members became part of the structure of the ship, and some went insane. This was all to be invisible from enemies.

Bermuda Triangle

Forming boundaries from the points of Miami, to Bermuda, to Puerto Rico a triangle is formed in the Atlantic Ocean. Now this isn’t just any triangle but it’s a fake triangle which goes by the Bermuda Triangle. It’s known for weird circumstances occurring for those who cross over it. This area was first known of in the mid 1900s when Christopher Columbus traveled to southeastern Florida and had a weird experience on the way while in the area of the Bermuda Triangle (BT). Although Columbus and even spoke of this mysterious area, the BT didn’t actually catch people’s attention until the 20th century when in March of 1918 USS Cyclops, a Navy cargo ship with over 300 men, sunk in the middle Barbados and Chesapeake Bay. The problem with this is that the Cyclops never sent out an SOS even though it was equipped to do so. Along with this no wreckage was found. In 1941 two of Cyclops’ sisters also disappeared in the same area. After that there was a pattern forming in this area where any vessels that crossed would disappear or be found abandoned. Then all of a sudden in December 1945 five planes that were flying above the BT disappeared along with the rescue plane that came the same day to save the thirteen men that were on those planes. Even after extensive searches they were unable to find any remains of Flight 19. So a theory that some think has caused these encounters is that the city of Atlantis is under the BT. Atlantis is supposed to have a crystal pyramid that rests on the ocean floor and comes up every few year. Scuba divers claim to have seen it but always seem to loose the footage. One huge theory that has to do with the disappearance of any vehicle has to do with inter-dimensional portals, time portals, wormholes, and more space and time travel. People believe that the BT is filled with portals that take planes and vessels and transport them to different dimensions or time periods but wherever those people are they are not to return. Another theory goes to the most obvious explanation, aliens. Theorist believe that the BT is an intergalactic airport called “Star Gate” which takes those vehicles and carry them to alien habitats. The last theory is that an ancient comet landed in the Bermuda about ten thousand years ago but it is so far in a trench that it’s undetectable. According to this theory the comet’s extraterrestrial doesn't makes something happen to the man made vehicles and the people.

Area 51

About 100 miles outside of Las Vegas there is a protected and barbed government property that was recently announced to Americans. Area 51 is a United States test ground in Nevada that was kept a secret for a while. With the super tight security and the fact that there is so little advertising about the place many believe they are hiding something behind those fences. Although government officials claim that they are only making and testing war machines and vehicles such as the U-2 spy plane, it is thought that they are actually messing with extraterrestrial aircrafts and creatures. People aren’t disagreeing with the fact that they have made aircrafts such as the SR-71 but they think that there is more than just these mere planes. Let’s start with how hard it is to get inside this facility. Not only is it restricted for people to be able to get in there it’s against the rules for commercial or military aircrafts to even fly above this perimeter unless they were made in Area 51. The borders have orange poles stating “No Photography Allowed” and that trespassing will result in a fine. It also says that security will be forced to pull a weapon out on anyone who tries to trespass. Security wise Area 51 has many men driving around the border watching for trespassers, they have sensors built to detect movement from humans, and they sometimes even have helicopters. The reason many people have a problem with this security is because it doesn't make sense as to why they have this much security for what they are claiming to be doing behind those walls. It doesn't correlate that making military planes requires this amount of extreme surveillance. It makes you wonder whether or not there is actually something fishy happening. An example of alien activity that might be happening here  is when there was a UFO spacecraft that crashed in Roswell, New Mexico and the government quickly moved all the wreckage to Area 51. This raised many questions about Area 51 and why they would need to take this UFO to that site. Another event that confused people and raised more questions was when a man named Robert Lazar went on television and talked about being part of a military operation that was working on alien technology. He claimed that the US had nine alien aircrafts at a base called S-4. He stated that EG&G had hired him to help with the engineering. He also said that he discovered “Element 115” which is what was fueling the spaceship. Many skeptics looked into Lazar and found that he seemed to be lying about earning master’s degrees from CalTech and MIT. He replied to that by saying the government has been trying to erase his identity because he came out about all of this. This cultivated even more conspiracies and questions about whether or not Lazar was lying.
