FaNaTiX - Love Like Mine ft Opiyah & MoeLogo (Lyric Video)
The FaNaTiX are a three-man Music Production, Song Writing, Remix, and DJ team born and raised in London, England. Professionally known as 'C Dot', 'Dro' and 'Mastapiece', the guys specialise in Hip Hop, Trap, RnB, Dancehall, Afrobeats, and all things urban.
Winning accolades for their work across several projects this year, the team were recently nominated by Urban Music Awards 2017 for 'Best Producer'. Their music also contributed to nine different UMA and GRM Daily Rated Award category nominations.
With an initial industry buzz building, the producer, song writing trio now follow up with yet another ‘’The FaNaTiX’’ tagged release, this time from their own artist project titled 'Love Like Mine'.
'Featuring the smooth and infectious vocals from UK vocalists Opiyah and Afrobeat specialist Moelogo, ‘Love Like Mine’ is catchy concoction of Latin-inspired trumpet, mixed with a fusion of different genre influences rolled into one. Beat wise, if you are familiar with The FaNaTiX, this may not typically be what one would expect from the hard-hitting Hip Hop and Bashment producers', especially when you think of some of their recent producer collaborations; Giggs ft. Popcaan - 'Times Tickin', Sneakbo ft. Giggs - Active and Stylo G Ft Chip - Yu Zimmie. Nevertheless, 'Love Like Mine' showcases another crazy element to the talented trio's mad skillsets.
Formed in 2013. The FaNaTiX have spent the last four years honing their craft, acquiring experience working with both UK and international artists alike.
Whilst working under the radar, their music has secured them work with artists such as Chip, Giggs, Stylo G, Super Dups, Sneakbo, Beenie Man, Popcaan, Konshens, Clue, Geko, Skrapz, Fredo, Paigey Cakey, Ms Banks, Alicai Harley and several more. Their music has also attracted work from well-known corporate brands such as the BBC, Channel 4, Nike Air Jordan x Drake's OVO, Nike x Neymar, FIFA 18, Superdry, Ellesse amongst others.
Now with several more new and credible project releases to drop before year-end and well into 2018, the guys are quietly but assuredly accumulating an interesting list of credits to their names.
FaNaTiX – Love Like Mine Ft. Opiyah x MoeLogo Available on Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, Amazon and all good digital stores from Fri 10th November 2017

(Tee Grizzley)
Tee Grizzley ‘First Day Out’ (300 Ent.)
Ever since Tee Grizzley attended Dixon Middle School, as a 12-year-old who wrote his first rap about his neighbourhood in Detroit, his dream was to make music. It wasn’t until he was a freshman at Frank Cody High School that he took his craft seriously.
You wouldn’t see him participating in lunchroom cyphers or freestyling off the top. Instead, he chose to write his rhymes in his notebook or phone, meditating on what he came up with each time. “I was inspired by other Detroit artists ‘cause they were doing real good so I was trying to do that same thing,” Grizzley, real name Terry Wallace, says of his early approach. But Grizzley, now 23, wasn’t always surrounded by positive influences that could point him in the right direction.
In July 2014, Grizzley was incarcerated for home invasion charges in Michigan and his involvement in a jewelry store heist in Kentucky that sent him away for three years. Reflecting on what he learned while serving time at Detroit Reentry Center in the Michigan Department of Corrections, he says,
“I learned that I was way smarter than my action showed. I learned that I didn’t give myself a chance to be at my full potential.”
He used the time on the inside to write a lot music, which he says will end up on his debut mixtape called My Moment. Formerly known as King Tee, he earned the nickname “Grizzley” behind the wall from other inmates, eventually running with Tee Grizzley as his stage name.
“A grizzly, it’s aggressive when it’s provoked,” he says. “It’s a really independent animal. But when provoked, it goes crazy. I related to that. That’s how I did my time.”
After he was released in October 2016, Grizzley vowed to never go back to jail and promised himself that every hustle would be legal. Picking up where he left off, he recorded his comeback single “First Day Out,” a deeply personal track about standing trial and his real-life crimes over a booming beat by Detroit’s own Helluva.
His steely rhymes are eye-opening accounts of what he went through: “I’m on parole in two states I can’t move wrong/The feds trying to build a case, I can’t move wrong/I went to trial back-to-back, bitch I’m 2-0/ State of Kentucky banned me from every jewellery store/ See, I can’t even be in public with my hood on/ Michigan state don’t want none over here, they don’t know what he on.”
What surprised Grizzley is how big of a reception the video got when he shared it on YouTube last November. In the clip, directed by Nick Margetic and Everett Stewart, it shows Grizzley with dreads in an orange jumpsuit walking away from the facility as a free man. We follow him on his first day out as he gets back to business: reconnecting with homies from the street, buying a new pair of buffys, and hitting up the studio again.
He says it reached 100,000 views in three days, and then broke one million during the week of its release. It currently has 16 million views (and counting). Grizzley is the latest viral artist in hip-hop, and his song has gotten on the radars of T.I., DeJ Loaf, Chris Brown, and Trey Songz, who have all congratulated him on his success so far.
His first appearance ever as a performer was when 21 Savage brought him out during a show in Detroit last December. Though he only has one song to his name, he couldn’t believe the amount of hometown love he received. “This is exactly what I’ve been thinking about for years,” he says. “When I finally got my moment, it felt good.”
As the newest addition to 300 Entertainment this past December, Grizzley is ready to take the opportunity to show and prove to the world. Musically inspired by local Detroit artists like Eastside Chedda Boyz and Doughboyz Cashout, as well as R&B acts (Mary J. Blige, Dru Hill, Case, to name a few) for their substance and soul, fans can expect My Moment to have a balance of urgency and depth to his records. He plans on having no guest appearances on My Moment, relying on his own experiences to tell his story.
Roughly between 12-14 songs in length with another single titled “No Effort” on the way, it’ll also feature more production by Helluva. Tee Grizzley will be joining 21 Savage, Young M.A., and Young Nudy on Issa Tour that kicks off on March 31 in Houston, Texas at the House of Blues. The 29-city trek will conclude May 7 in Miami at Rolling Loud Festival. In the lineage of guys like Boldy James, Big Sean, and Eminem who’ve made it in hip-hop as D-Town’s elite, Grizzley is next up as a street motivator for the city's youth.
“I represent the young streets. I represent the young people that still can be saved. They still got a chance, you feel me?” Grizzley says. “They look at me and realize that there’s a way for us. And we still got our youth. It’s nothing that we did that we can’t make right.”

London Kings by Nick Knight and Tino Kamal
SHOWstudio presents Nick Knight and Tino Kamal's latest collaboration, London Kings. Representing the unruly ebullience inherent in Tino's unique personality and identity, London Kings employs themes of sex, art, nature and rebellion.
Styled by the inimitable Simon Foxton, Tino bends boundaries and warps his own identity in flamboyant, frilly dresses. The use of flour and paint-filled condoms are a comical nod within the dark aesthetic inherent to Knight's filmmaking. The combination of these elements play on traditional and historical notions of aristocracy, royalty and jest.
Edited by SHOWstudio's own Head of Fashion Film, Raquel Couceiro, the video allows Tino to explore his sense of self naked and in costume, exposing his trademark tattoos and covering them. The role of iconography is questioned through the animation of said tattoos; Tino's body speaks back. In his own words, he explains...
'I feel like the questions are never going to stop about my tats - if I didn’t have my tats I wouldn’t be Tino - it’s part of the foundation of my image, it is my image.'
About Tino:
Anticipated by many as London's hottest new artist Tino's latest single tells a personal story of how he has worked through adversity to excel through innovation in music, art, and fashion. This has led him to exploit his hybrid sound of both trap and pop to the next level and he continues to manipulate the sound of mainstream music.
With his heavily tattooed appearance Kamal is a talking point in himself, and with the added element of his infectious melodies the likes of Nick Knight, Twin B, Hypebeast and Complex have all had their eyes set on the young new London artist

Alex Who? - Dirty Little Secret
Dutch-Tanzanian Singer/Songwriter Alex was born in a small town in east of Holland, where she lived until the age of 17.
From a very young age she started singing and acting, which led her to study at the Amsterdam school for Theatre and Performing Arts, which she finished in 2012.
Alex was trained not only in singing and acting but also the performing side of singing, which she fell in love with.
In 2009 she went to Istanbul, Turkey to perform, initially for the summer. During her stay she found that her talents were much appreciated in Turkey, opportunities began to open up. She continued working in Istanbul and Bodrum, having various jobs as a singer and television presenter with Number 1 TV.
During the last year of her attendance at the Theatre school and the following two years after that, Alex was awarded roles in various Dutch television series and a film. It was during that year that she became serious about her songwriting and a year later was offered the chance to record a demo of her own songs in Istanbul.
In the summer of 2014 Alex returned to Istanbul to record her very first demo of songs that she had written herself and immerse herself in the local vivid live music culture, gaining reputation and experience by performing in clubs as well as leading a five-piece band in live performances.
While working in Turkey during January 2015 Craig Kallman, CEO of Atlantic records, had been sent Alex's music demo and flew her to New York City for a meeting.
During her stay in New York she teamed up with John Lardiery a.k.a. 'Johnny Black' and co-created Alex's the first single "Dirty little Secret".
Craig Kallman heard what John and Alex had created and in a leap of faith gave her the creative freedom to record an EP around the sound she very recently had discovered.
After finishing her debut album the summer of 2016, that following September she was approached and signed by Ghazi Shami to Empire records for a two album record deal.
Storytelling, being a no-mad and her love for various genres within music are the cornerstones of her funky, soulful and smokey sound. Good music transcends the boundries of genres and keen to avoid limiting herself to a certain genre, she has cited Nina Simone, D’angelo, Marlena Shaw, Freddy Murcury, A Tribe Called Quest, Ginger Baker, Erykah Badu, Happy Mondays, Missy Elliot, The Doors and Bill Withers, as strong influences.
This.....is 'AlexWho?'....

Melisa Whiskey ft. Inch (Section Boyz) ‘Billin (Remix)’
*Check out the hot new remix of Melisa Whiskey 'Billin' featuring a guest verse from Section Boyz's Inch*
*Also check out the video of Melisa's brilliant performance at this year's Notting Hill Carnival for Mastermind Soundsystem* - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PhhunkLcMoc
Melisa was born in Hackney but grew up on Bray Tower - the same Camden tower block as Goldie did when he dropped his seminal ‘Inner City Life’ album. Introduced to Gospel music at a young age at her local church, she signed her first publishing deal without having released as single track aged 24.
Now 26, she dropped her first track ‘Played’ in January this year and quickly picked up BBC Introducing Track of the Week as well as heat from BBC Radio 1Xtra’s Twin B. The natural soul and depth of Melisa’s vocal was too strong to deny.
Melisa followed this with a new track ‘Sweetest Cake’ in March, this time picking up heat across both sides of the Atlantic with Wonderland, AFROPUNK, OK-THO and Clash Magazine all featuring what they heralded as a major new voice in UK soul and R&B.
Now coming with the second taster from her forthcoming debut E.P. ‘Moon & The Sky’, ‘Billin’ is an outspoken, harder offering that brings a whole new dimension to Melisa’s work. The boss-like stance is there, as is the throaty drawl and natural, understated power, but again the slick, grinding production together with her warnings to men scared of women on the grind and making money for themselves makes this a defiant, powerful call to action. Allusions to the natural R&B character of Mary J Blige seem relevant, with a unique London grounding. Now moving in the same circles as Jae 5 and J Hus’s camp, this is a level-up statement of intent from Melisa. It’s also an edgy, soulful banger that keeps the young star’s reputation building as we knew it would.
