BY THE FEET OF PTOLEMAEA: CHARACTER PROFILE.
I am writing to you under the pretense of intransient sacrilege and hopes to update you about the situation we are facing.
For these past few weeks, my training has been an outstanding one. The tutorial provided by one of your dearest legati has so far exceeded the previous ones in the impression and practical results. Carmenta, your Arm of Onslaught, has taught me numerous methods to kill a man. She has also taught me to hunt for food, protect myself, and evade suspicion whenever we walk on the ground. I believe life in exile would be just another piece of cake with her.
Our development in relationship has not been a smooth one. I would never know that her age would surpass even yours until you told me. Such thing amongst others posed unimaginable challenges in communication, particularly since General has to be retaught several terms in order to fit in the current society. I also had to replace some of her missing limbs and fins with the mechanical ones per the agreement with Lord ███████████ in order to provide better aid to her overall quality of life. This way, she may still be battleworn and ready to serve the exarchate, yet nevertheless less scarred and more durable than she ever is.
I conclude this memo with hopes that you will take care of yourself. Endless joy to our Mother, the Blood Diamond, the executors of eternity herself.
Until then,
Iustinian vers Valeztena.

PSALMS OF STYGIAN OVERHAUL: COMBAT REPORT.
This journal covers the summary of General Carmenta, Bathysmal Herald of Inexorable Justice and feats of her abilities over the centuries.
Born over ███ years ago, Carmenta belonged to the Amaltheian subclass of Delphian seachildren. She was first brought into the court during the reign of Exarch Ascalon and has continued to guide the outliving exarchs and leaders of Delphi in the following eras. She was made the exarchate’s legatus legionis in the year of ████ and reign of Exarch [DATA EXPUNGED] before her penance came to prevail her fate.
Alike many other sirens of Delphian subculture, she is well-versed in the arts of war. Having been fighting in countless battles, it is only natural for her to amass the trust of the entire exarchate within her. Her decrees are therefore applied in the form of hydrokinesis and siren songs befitting for another endless war.
Carmenta is currently residing in the depths of Kyrene’s coastlines, Andromeda, serving a period of repentance to no audience for herself. She would occasionally walk the ground to hunt for food and report to the cathedral, however. Her current allegiance is the only thing keeping her beneath the unforgiving justice.
Beneath pretenses of pure thalassophobia and bathysmal malice, author hopes for the betterment of seachildren research so we can extend our knowledge past the Amaltheians, even towards the Stratioceans, and Callisteans.
