I also already know this will be a bit long so I’ll put it under a cut..

Alright, so off the bat, I’ll say that I’m autistic and like 97% of these are self projecting.

I headcanon him as having OCD as well but I am not educated enough on it to the point I’ve formed a bunch of headcanons/want to share them.

So, I feel like his good/healthy stims would be adjusting his/others outfits (ex. His sweater/gloves, Roland’s tie, Nerzach’s…everything), tapping his fingers/foot, and idk if it necessarily counts as a stim but writing lists. Like, even if it’s something mundane or something, just writing it into an organized list.

And with bad/unhealthy stims there’s the scratching obviously, biting the inside of his cheek, grinding/clenching his teeth, and biting/chewing on his lip (which I think is double bad, given how I always draw/picture him with fangs). And with the art book saying he likes hard candy, in my head it’s like something he uses to help prevent all of those oral stims.

I feel like some of his special interests would be technology/science/machinery due to being the Librarian for Technological Sciences (I feel like all of the Librarians’ floors are something they’d have/had a really big interest in).

I feel like he’s worst with noise-based sensory issues, and would get bothered by the gears on his floor being so loud at times, sometimes going to a quieter floor like Chesed’s or Netzach’s to get work done.

I feel like he’s pretty low empathy, but also high empathy, if that makes sense? Like, he cares pretty deeply for his peers/employees, but if someone’s worried, distressed, etc., he’s more getting them to stop to avoid being a hindrance/hurting themself then any sadness on their behalf. So inwardly, cares a lot, outwardly, doesn’t seem to care, I suppose.

I also think he’d struggle with eye contact, but in like, the inverse of what’s expected. Like, he’ll do nothing but make eye contact. The entire time. You just get eye contact. And I think he lacks much of a vocal filter. He wouldn’t really lie or sugarcoat anything. And he wouldn’t have much control/focus of his facial expressions. So 99% of the time, his face is just :/. Like, even if he were overjoyed, he wouldn’t be very expressive. But he’d also get excited over random things. (ex. Seeing that you can now put diagrams/tables/charts in google slides. [true story. saw that and got unreasonably joyous]).

And I decided to fill out the chart thing. It’s not entirely accurate to my headcanons because I’m terrible at filling out charts like these accurately, but it’s close enough.

I think having extremely stiff/straight posture counts as abnormal?

Anyways thank you anon for letting me talk about Yesod I could do this forever. I headcanon all the Librarians as neurodivergent but I feel like right now the only ones I could really get this in depth with are Yesod and Netzach, albeit to a lesser extent. Honestly I could probably talk more about autistc Yesod but I am unable to form a coherent thought. And anon, I love you/j.

First time posting my art on here !! It was also my first time tracing over a physical drawing. It came out better than I thought though :).

It was inspired by this post by @wuthering-tempest ended up looking a bit more like theirs than I intended, but they didn’t mind, so thanks for that :).

Idea I’ve been spinning in my head for a bit, but I’ve never written a fanfic in my life so idk how to formulate it: So, like. A swap AU with the sinners and patron librarians. The sinners are in the library, the librarians are on Mephistopheles, while Angela, Roland, Charon, Vergilius, and Dante are in the same position. Only difference is that Roland/Angela and Vergilius/Dante are like. Aware that this is a swap AU and that they’re in the wrong mirror world, so they have to figure out how to go to their normal mirror world. So like. A mix of swap AU shenanigans and The Group trying to leave and observing the librarians/sinners. Hope I’m wording this correctly.

I think about Rosespanner Meursault a lot

He isn't overworked because this is a workshop that overworks its employees, he's overworked because other employees are pushing their own jobs onto him, and he doesn't know how to say no.

That's perhaps his biggest problem in The Stranger. He can't say no to anyone- why should he? It's why unsavory types are drawn to him. He sits and listens to the old man who abuses his dog and so the old man likes him, and then he lets Raymond (the wooooorst) draw him into his bullshit and that's the only reason he has a gun on the beach at all. Limbus Meursault might be better at it at this point in the story (or maybe he isn't, and it's just that the contract with LCB is keeping us from seeing it) but he'll give everything he has to people who aren't worth it- because he doesn't care? Or because he doesn't recognize they're not worth it?

And I also think about Electric Screaming in conjunction with this, specifically the Awakening line.

Is he only able to set a boundary when resonating with the sheep that screams and tries to gore you when you take its power? Did he metaphorically let them plug those wires in to siphon the electricity, and only changed his mind when he realized nothing would be left of him? Does he even know who he is outside of what he can offer to others?
