Firstly : This arm is proof of how deeply Shuri cares for this man. She could have easily made him an appendage that mirrored his remaining flesh arm but no, it had to be made with the country's most precious resource. And it's not just the vibranium, the gold patterns make the design even more precious and beautiful.

The vibranium also ties Bucky to Wakanda just as much as it ties him to Shuri. Think about it. He'll always carry a piece of her and his new home wherever he goes, no matter what, always and forever.
