Important!!! New Orleans area!!!

Y'all, any and all good vibes would be much appreciated right now. My partner and I found out today that his son, Jason, has been missing from the 7th Ward in New Orleans since yesterday evening. He just disappeared off his sister's front porch last night after dinner. There was an unopened drink and a burning cigarette left. He didn't tell them he was going anywhere. And this may sound trivial, but he didn't take his dog, Kiddo, with him. Which is EXTREMELY strange because he always has her with him. Today has been an extremely confusing and emotional day for us.

I think I'm on day 15 of quarantine, but I have honestly lost all sense of date and time. Being sick alone and unable to leave the house sure does leave a lot of time to ruminate on everything you've ever done wrong in life. The worst part is, I'm too tired to hyper fixate which is my only coping mechanism for existing.

Also, I cannot live in a world without live music. If shows don't return next year, I just cannot with life.

Finally, I think my birthday is in two weeks. I'm old as fuck and even worse off emotionally than I was at 16.

That ended up random as fuck. Sorry.

I am quarantined, as my housemate is sick with covid-19. This means that I have not left the house in 9 days and have at least 14 days of solitude left. I am working on about 5 video edits for 5 different bands, and like 8 gifsets. A seemingly unending amount of unoccupied time makes my brain feel far too ambitious and unable to commit. What a weird and ultra-privileged problem to have.
