Take a Nap
Taking a small nap is always a good idea. Sleeping is a way the brain recollects the information it took in during the day, sorting the information in case it can be used again in the future. If you are under stress for a long period of time during the day, sleep can be a great way the brain unwinds from all the tension.
If you haven’t been getting a good rest for some time now, consider taking a good nap. It may help with memory, stress levels, mood improvement, and more. Sleep is essential in our everyday lives. Make sure you are getting it.
Taking naps can be so helpful on a bad day. If you aren’t sleeping much these days, try to take care of yourself a bit more. Sleep can dramatically effect stress and mood.

Exercise
Exercise is a very important way to keep us not only physically but also mentally healthy. To many people, it is a way of destressing and recharging energy. According to a research done in the past, about 46 percent of people replied that exercising helps with managing stress. Exercising can also help your body produce endorphins that can help you feel better.
There are many different types of exercises you can engage in, but some of the most common are running/jogging, yoga, or playing sports. Try to find a friend to exercise with you, and make sure you are starting out slow and steady.
It is a personal hobby of mine to go out and skateboard whenever I have some free time. Try finding a physical activity you can do easily without too much pressure. It might help a lot 💙

What is Stress?
Have you ever had butterflies in your stomach right before a public presentation or a big exam? This response was most likely triggered by stress.
Stress is a usually physical response the body has against specific outer demands. It is also what some people call the ‘fight or flight response’.
Stress most likely originated from the old humans, when we lived in nature. Stress allowed the body to prepare against predators or dangerous situations.
Stress can cause your body to release hormones such as adrenaline, oxytocin, cortisol, and norepinephrine, which can cause physical responses that could help or harm your body depending on if the exposure is short-term or long-term.
Stress is not necessarily a bad thing. Stress is a natural response that can help the body prepare for a new challenge if you think of it in a positive light.
