wake up and realize that the terms you use to define people are not light terms and in fact have a deep rooted history behind it. look around and take in the political climate of the world, instead of calling each other these words (when you’re aware it isn’t true) try and realize we’re both on the same side. in using those terms you become the very thing you’re so scared of being and that is a hypocrite. performative activism is never cute and if you claim to care so much then go out to rallies, protests, donate, and boycott stuff that actually matters.
