Hi everyone, I just wanted to thank you all for the positive feedback on volume one of the Coralands. At the moment I'm finishing off the first volume on another au comic, once that's finished I'm going to start working on chapter 4 of the Coralands. While I was working on the first volume I thought it would be fun to give certain characters themes while I was drawing them. Here's some of the songs for anyone interested in giving them a listen.

Here's a concept poster for my next AU comic, an alternate interpretation of "Purple Haze Feedback". This is just a concept poster to get my thoughts out so some elements eluded to here may not end up in the comic. I plan to use the light novel as a blueprint for the general plot but adding my own elements. However the core themes, arcs I want to leave untouched.

Some fan art dedicated to my two favorite video game hat enthusiasts. Kung Lao from "Mortal Komat" and Dust from "Dust: An Elysian Tail. I also tried to write some intro character banter:

Kung Lao: Is it true, you're a fusion of two souls?

Dust: Yea, the soul of a noble boy and a ruthless assasin.

Kung Lao: I wonder what the Moonbloods would make of Ermac.

Dust: I like your hat, wouldn't want to damage it.

Kung Lao: Thanks, but this fight will be over before that happens.

Dust: (Heh) In that case, hope your ready for a visit to Haley's.

Here's a short fan comic I did for a school project. It's a comic adaptation of a scene from the Miss Peregrine book series, specifically, a scene from my favourite book in the series "Library of souls". However the scene isn't exactly one to one with the book as I was on a tight deadline, and didn't have the time to include every detail.

Here's chapter three of my AU comic "The CoraLands", this will be the end of the first volume of chapters. I'm currently working on other projects as to avoid burnout, though I will continue this comic in the future. Also the song that plays on the gramophone is called "Fade out Lines" by The Avener, I recommend listening to the song as you read as it's ment to add to the atmosphere of the chapter.

With that out of the way, it's nice to meet you. I'm Corodog, an aspiring digital artist who want's to create a graphic novel series. However I have a long way to go before I'm ready, to hone my skills I'm currently working on two seporate AU comics based on media I like. I made this blog to connect with fellow artists and those with similar interests. I welcome healthy conversation and I'm open to constructive feedback on the art I post. Some of my interests include: film, video Games, the horror genre, music, anime, manga, fashion, nature, and travel.
