I don't think I'll ever get over Crowley trying to baby trap Dean with Amara and failing, but then Cas baby traps him with Jack, and the hilarious thing is, Cas isn't even trying. Most of the time, Cas gets Dean's attention, his courtship, his feelings without asking for them. Cas is winning a competition where he thinks he has no chance.

The funniest part to me is that Cas didn't even try to babytrap Dean, either. The baby trapped Dean himself, and Cas just came back like "wow why is my adult child calling Dean dad" (metaphorically speaking).

(That said, Cas did successfully babytrap Dean with Claire, who looked at this feral angry teenager and was like "oh she is just like me fr," tried to peace out because he was not prepared to deal with that, and then ended up getting roped into stepdad behavior anyway because he loves Cas and Cas loves Claire and it takes exactly 15 minutes in a room with her for Dean to decide that yeah, he's parenting this one after all.)

2a. Repeat. Sam pulls a serious face and tightens his grip on the wheel, body tensed. He concludes, "He's family. Simple as that," and nods decisively to himself. No room for argument. Mary glances over at him with a small smile and simply replies, "...Okay." 2b. Repeat. Sam relaxes immediately, letting out a sigh through his nose as his mouth curves up into a proud, relieved smile. He thinks to himself, "Phew. Saved it. Good job, Sam." Beside him, Mary pulls up her shoulders and turns her head fully away to look out the window, brow furrowed. it's a late evening on November 19th, in front of you is a bed with on it a man. a man by the name of jensen ackles. he is impaled. impaled in the stomach by a piece of rebar sticking up from the bed. above the man is a woman. a woman by the name of danneel ackles. she is dressed in all plaid and is impaling him in the ass. above the bed, attached to the ceiling, is another man. another man by the name of misha collins. he is pretending to be an angel of the lord, dressed in a tan trenchcoat. everyone at the scene gets sniped by the CW's top sniper; jared padalecki. he says, "it should've been sastiel"

why do I have so many headcanons about showers in the bunker, here we go:

- Sam and Dean have post-hunt showers in the communal ones and talk about the hunt

- Sam has replaced the white shower curtain with something calming like the ocean, while Dean's has like, french fries on it

- Cas waits patiently outside on the bench, but clearly on Dean's side. Sam's normal and grabs his own towel, while Dean demands Cas hands it to him ("you're here, might as well be helpful, c'mon")

- Sam started using Lush products on his hair after S11. Dean mocks him relentlessly about it, but is caught smelling like strawberries. So Sam gets him the soap bar samples but retaliates by having Cas pick out the scent (Karma) "Cas, stop smelling me!" "I was right, it does suit you"

- the bunker's shower room has weird features, like a huge porcelain pan at the end that'd fit five or six single showers, and they could never figure out what it was for. They end up using it once to clean off winged Cas
